Welcome to this fantastic villa in Cala Ferrera which welcomes 12 guests.

The outside of the villa is fantastic for enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean climate by cooling off in the private chlorine pool of 9 x 5m and a depth between 1.10 and 1.90m or sunbathing and relaxing on one of the sun loungers. You can also eat or have a drink with your companions on the porch on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is also a small balcony where you can enjoy the view or have a drink. Please note that there are neighbors around and privacy is partial.

This villa is distributed on two floors with independent entrances, therefore, it is perfect for you to enjoy a holiday with your family or friends without giving up some moments of privacy and tranquillity. Both have a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV and an open induction cooker with everything you need to cook your favorite recipes. When it's time to sleep, there are 7 bedrooms, on the ground floor with AC and on the upper floor with a fan so that the hot nights don't prevent you from getting some well-deserved rest. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with two single beds, two of which have an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub respectively. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and a third with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with a shower completes each floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house.
The water heater is powered by solar panels.

Cala Ferrera is a small bay located in the town of Cala d'Or on the southeast coast of the island. It is known for its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere and is surrounded by crystal clear waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply strolling along the shore. You can head to Cala d'Or which is less than 1km away and offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore. The marina is one of the liveliest places, where you can admire the yachts and enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurants overlooking the sea. If you prefer, you can visit Santanyí, famous for its weekly market and impressive church. Another option is to explore Cabrera National Park, an archipelago off the coast of the island where you can discover the Mediterranean flora and fauna.
