I am not interested in downloading another app, required help to register as the kiosk did not complete the check in without the app. I do not have an invoice for the final bill, even though I checked out by 8:30 this morning. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and professional.

It is a new hotel so they are working things out. Rooms even smelled new!!! Will give it another try, but some problems. Trouble at check in - it is auto check in but i kept getting an error - someone helped to resolve quickly though. No to go coffee cups - and then ran out of coffee . I waited 25 ministers and had to leave with no coffee. Unexplained breakfast charge on bill for a different day. They said due to how the booking came through. They gave a credit when I pointed it out.

Excellent would absolutely stay there again!!! The entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. The restaurant and bar were amazing the breakfast was 5 stars. The staff was friendly the location was excellent and the room was lovely.

Just a wonderful hotel with excellent staff. I loved it here, the rooms are so clean and modern and comfortable. I just wish it was a bit less expensive so I could come more often.

Fantastic! The cozy room was spectacular..king bed right up against a wall with huge window, the room was spotless and quiet, very efficient technology control all over the room. Highly recommend!

The hotel is wonderful, service excellent, location prime. The only downside is the rooms are extremely small. For two people it was not ideal. Otherwise it’s wonderful.

There are no employees visible at the hotel. All interactions are done remotely via tablet. If you have a question or issue you have to call a number, leave message and hope someone gets back to you.

If you are a solo traveller looking for a comfy bed then this hotel is totally ok. The bed is comfy, nice pillows etc. However, if you are travelling as a couple this may not be the place for you. The rooms are small, literally the width of the length of the bed, with the bed length ways at the far end of the room. Anyone wanting to get out of bed from the far side would have to climb over their companion. There is almost no storage. The communal area is nice. Breakfast is ok but they run out of things if you're there after about 7.15. Staff were slow and whilst not unpleasant, didnt really seem to want to be there. For what you get, this hotel is very expensive. I would probably choose somewhere else next time.
