I like their Customer service. Very helpful , cooperative and respectful.

Place is beat is every way, door wouldn't open right ,or close right. AC didn't work tv didn't work frig didn't work, toilet leaked dirty bed sheets. Stains everywhere. Stinks. Shower didn't work right. Towels dirty.

The ac unit was not working properly. Had to slam the door for it to close properly. There was a movie playing on the tv when i arrived which was weird, like someone just left. I ended up staying at the hotel down the street and took the loss for this room.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! This room smells like mold, I had to buy candles & air freshener. The shower barely worked & was missing tiles. I felt so uncomfortable here & wish I never booked. Annd they have to charge the deposit

The pictures for this property were clearly outdated once we pulled in. Horrible area and the room itself was terrible. Stains everywhere, hole in the shower, ceiling dropping in the bathroom. Had it not been so late when we checked in and we hadn’t driven so long - we would’ve ran quickly to another hotel. Instead we reluctantly stayed and my husband was up most of the night keeping an eye on everything. At one point someone sounded like they were trying to open our door during the night! People sitting in the cars outside the rooms all night…. We had alarms set for 8 but ended up leaving at the crack of dawn. Worst experience ever. Full refund being requested!!

The rooms was not finished. There was no chair at the desk. The room didn’t have a chair in the empty space like in the picture. The bed didn’t have the cover on the bottom like in the pictures. There was no lamps on the tables like in the picture. There was only two pillows on a king size bed. Never received house keeping service until check out. No one never came and dumped the trash my entire stay. Definitely do not recommend until they finish the hotel.

Booked for two nights and only stayed for one- took the loss of money to get out of there- I could have been the cigarette stench in the room, the bugs, no hot water or the shady folks hanging out in the parking lot trying to negotiate a lower rate for cash. Def sketch not for families

This property needs major help. From the outside it looked old a beat up. Once you got inside it was even worse. The rooms were large but nothing inside. Had a table but no chair. A bed that rumbled when you got on it. The bathroom was disturbing. Like they just filled it all with white puddy. Half redone and it looked horrible. There were many sketching figures appearing thruout the night. Seemed to have drug or sex work traffic constant. I would never stay there again. Dirty and unsafe. Had to move first room because the door was so kicked in you could have easily broken in.

me and my husband stayed here for my birthday. we go there and the guy at the desk wasn’t really interested in doing his job. we got the key went to our room. me and my husband looked at the room before settling in for the night. the sheets had a brown poop stain on them the bathroom door was not even working there was a towel on the floor the pillows were hard. so we took the sheets off. the next day me and husband decided to make a quick target trip after we ate. we got our own sheets and pillows. and we get to the door our key wasn’t working. we call the front desk guy and yet again dosent seem interested in his job. told us that key next to your phone won’t work. we have the key no where near our phones. come the following day we check out and tell the guys the inconveniences we endured. he just laughed in my face saying “why didn’t you tell us it’s a hotel.” to which i told him we did even my husband asked for new sheets and never got them. needless to say this was far the worst experience by far. so unclean and the area wasn’t making me or my husband feel safe.

I was told they “just became a super 8”. There were spiders in my bed. Mould in the bathroom. The room stunk of decades of smoking and mould. When I closed the bathroom door the smoke detector fell off the wall. There’s a community of “residents” who hang out outside the room and are noisy and smoke. The electrical outlets - some were missing - others upside down. No night lamps to charge my phone by bed. Oh… and I was greater at 6 am with NO HOT WATER. Do not stay here - sleep in your car first. I’m just happy mine wasn’t stolen and I was able to leave.

Terrible place ever i’ll never go back.

The workmanship on the rooms was terrible. Very cheap and unfinished looking. Bed was fine. A/C worked well. Okay place for one night.

Very disappointed! When I arrived initially, I thought the GPS brought me to the wrong address because it looked abandoned, but I'd already pre-paid through Expedia so I said I'd go in and see. I was charged a $50 Deposit, which I'd done before, but when I asked for a Receipt there were 2 different dollar amounts shown. The Clerk assured me those amounts would "drop off" upon check-out, so I took his word for it. I then confirmed he had a "non-smoking" room for me, to which he responded, "Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking." When I got to the room, not only did it have a bad odor, but it smelled like smoke. There were baby spiders in several areas of the room, including on one of the pillows on the bed. There were at least 3 flies buzzing annoyingly around the room. It didn't look like the shower had been cleaned out, there was hair in the tub and on the wall. To be honest, it looked as if it had been vacant a long time prior to me checking in. Fast forward to Check-out, same Clerk from Check-in. I expressed my concerns about the smell of Smoke. (Woke up several times feeling awful- have Asthma) He then informed me it was "previously a smoking room and hadn't been renovated yet". He then went on to tell me they recently took over the property, aren't finished, and just started that side. Which explains why it looked abandoned. Also, the Charges are still incorrect. I'd just like a Full Refund at this point, but can't reach anyone at Expedia.

We will not stay at this hotel again. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. The ceiling tile had mold. TV problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room not like website picture which showed beautifully and had several problems during our stay~hotel under renovation so rooms that have not been done yet are pretty bad and dated~Expedia was notified of this by phone 😫

They chared my card twice for same room. Said they was gonna refound but didn't. Do not recommend. They lie . Got me for 270. . Dont do it

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The table was sticky. There was no shower handle so we couldn’t shower. Only reason we didn’t ask to change rooms was because it was already late and we were about to go to sleep. We heard a couple of loud arguments happening outside from other guests. The AC was super loud every time it kicked on. We didn’t even stay the second night we paid for because of everything. The guy at the desk was not helpful when we asked if a refund was possible. It was my husband and I and our 2 year old. Would not recommend for families or anyone staying alone. Or really anyone.

Puddles on the floor. Shower was gross and would not warm up. Maintenance was rather dismissive. Apparently leaving the hotel room cleaner than you entered it means you dont get your deposit back? Saying they just renovated means they give you nothing in the room. Had to ask for a chair for the desk

I normally dont write reviews but i am upset that i fell for it and couldnt get a refund. When i pulled up the outside looked like a horror film. I didnt even get out my car i just backed out and stayed at the comfort inn next door.

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean, pool was great, id stay there again

They are in the process renovation and doing a great job on it. My room was super clean and area was quiet.

Chose another hotel if you can. Way overpriced for the condition of my room (223) (broken furniture, stained & cigarette holes in sheets, shower head not working (had to remove just to get helpful water flow), key electrical outlet smashed. Laundry / ice area disgusting (food & trash scattered). Parking lot full of holes. Fresh exterior paint job is deceiving. Lamp shade disintegrating. Lamps all rusted. Expedia pics far cry from what the reality is. Positives: had new shower curtain, tv worked, ac worked, front desk girl very pleasant.

We selected this hotel for the convenience of location to a family member. Front desk had trouble finding our reservation even with a Hotels.com confirmation number, the grounds were in need of major repairs. Parking lot had a 20 x 10 foot pot hole in rhe middle. The pool was closed even in 90 degree weather. There weren’t people staying at the hotel but are reservation for three people only had 1 towel. There was another person in lobby at our arrival who was also complaining about not having enough towels. Our bathroom was visibly dirty, cigarette burning marks on bathroom sink. Room door and bathroom door has shoe scuff marks all over it. Kitchen area was scary. Beds were uncomfortable and laid on a hollow metal base which made a large gong noise when someone tossed or turned. We didn’t sleep well and had to sleep in our clothes to make our stay as quick as possible. Locks on the door were skeptical. My wife said Room had a faint smell of marijuana. I honestly couldn’t tell. There was an abandoned oscillator fan rusting under the outside stair case.

The property wasn't in a good area, the door to my room bearly closed, you could see outside through it, infested with bugs and the overall upkeep was disgusting. The fact that i was charged over $400 for that place was insulting. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but i got another hotel the next day.

Absolutely discussing. Bedding was stained and full of cigarette burn holes even though I chose a non-smoking room. The AC unit at the window was damaged and full of trash. The carpet was damp and sticky. The bathroom had mold growing between the tiles, and there was a wet, filthy towel laying on the floor. The tub was lined with soap scum. And after taking my concerns to the front desk I was told that they would give me new bedding to put on myself, but was not even so much as offered a different room for the other many issues, and was told that there was a no refund policy. No refunds for my own mistake is fine - but no refunds because the motel refuses to clean their rooms is completely unacceptable. We did not stay, the place made my skin crawl. We’re on the property less than an hour, that’s how filthy it was. Don’t do it - I’ve never been more grossed out in a single room in my life. Sleeping on the sidewalk would be more sanitary.

It's not the best choice, but it was an affordable choice. It was peaceful, and that has value in and of itself. The floors definitely were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. Had to wash my feet in the tub in the morning just from walking inside the room. Someone's kid plastered the fridge and dresser in stickers. The wifi didn't seem to accept the password I was given at the front desk and when it did the signal would cut out shortly after. I'd still stay here on future trips business trips, but if I can find a close by alternative at a similar price, I'll try that out first.

This hotel is dirty and sketchy (and rather expensive). We reserved a non-smoking room, and we were given a smoking one. Everything is filthy. The sink was unusable (overflowed as soon as we ran the water), tub is dirty (we didnt feel safe using it), there is rice and trash behind the dresser, sheets aren't clean (hair on sheets and pillowcases), towels were damp (when we asked for an additional one, we had to return all the ones in the room), ice bucket was dirty (and no bag was provided), the lock on the door has been seriously challenged in the past and does not feel secure, etc. We are on a camping trip traveling, but we decided to get a room because of rain, and we had to roll our camp beds out on top of the bed to sleep cleanly. There were no blankets (only a sheet and thin cover). This room cost over $100 and wasn't clean enough to sleep and bathe.
