We didnt stay here because the room we booked wasnt available. They claimed that Hotels.com offered a room that wasnt available. It was dissappointing that the host still checked us in. Once inside, missing the extra bed and getting a smokers room we decided to go. The host nevertheless offered us a room in another partner hotel (Nene Hatun hotel). So he resolved the matter properly I would say. The first reception worker was rather rude and kind of tried to convince us to stay there because the dirty and smelly sofa was still available. I would recommend to not take a room you didnt book. Also the hotel doesn't have an AC or a fan. It kept us wondering though why they still checked us in with 3 young kids in such a nasty room with a strong smoking odor and ashes all over the floor. The hotel is in a very remote area up a hill. Not much to do around.
