check out was terrible did not get us access to a room till pass 3 PM and a 10 AM housekeeper keeps calling toremind us of 12 check out. not a nice experience

I had high hopes for this resort, but was immediately disappointed on arrival. There were about 5 bell men at their desk, and even though they saw me struggling with getting my heavy luggage down, no one provided their assistance, they just continued to stand there and look. The service staff at the restaurant were a hit or miss. Some looked bothered when you asked for certain things while other where pleasant. The drink, very disappointing! Nothing tasted right!

Had roaches. Second room had no towels. Phone didn't work. Saftey lock box did not work.

The location

First of all , I didn’t like the fact that the employees there do not care about their guests. They have attitudes. The bar at the pool stopped serving drinks before the closing time. The food was horrible. The Italian restaurant made us wait 2 hrs and 32 minutes after been seated to serve us the main meal. And to top it of my room’s ac was not working properly the first day. On the last day my security box didn’t want to open and the front desk didn’t didn’t answer my call. I had to come down twice from room 2514 to get help. I almost missed my flight. Will never stay here again.

Its an old construction that has not been updated in a while. We had an all inclusive package which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner but only at the buffet. They included one night only for dinner at a restaurant. That was a disaster. Service was bad, food was bad. An awful experience.

Great food, excellent view, nice room. Area feels unsafe, crowed and not suitable for swimming.

Beautiful architecture and view. Only concern was the thermostat cooling system is not user friendlily adjustable. The room gets freezing when sleeping.

Excelent place to stay in Acapulco.

The Hotsson is a lovely piece of architecture. The pool facilities and beach access are superior. The staff was at least willing to put us in a different room when the beds in the first were so horrendous. The second room was marginally better. The rooms are spartan, but comfortable. The cleaning staff sometimes omitted items that should have been left in the room. The hotel restaurants are mediocre at best. But the worst aspect was when the hotel allowed VERY loud music and screaming at a party on the lower terrace that went until the early hours of the morning, making sleep impossible. Since there are 500 rooms in this hotel, it shows a crass indifference to their guests to allow a fairly small group to disturb so extremely the well-being of so many. It was unacceptable by any reasonable standard.

It is a nice hotel with a great beach. Good restraunts and stores within walking distance The parking, check in and check out was kind of crazy.

Need better beds

Great experience at HS Hotsson in Acapulco, from the easy check in, and the entire time during our stay was great. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially during the check in process. The AC worked really well in our room, it was actually too cold LOL. The hotel is an older hotel, which I was very familiar with, last time I visited this hotel back 30 years ago when it was newer, until this visit this year finally came back, Hotel still looks good and comfortable. The hotel rooms are very clean, wonderful views, and comfortable. We will be back, thank you for making our vacation perfect. .

The place is clean and friendly staff i didn't like that you couldn't take your own drinks to the swimming pool but could take it to the beach next to it wich didn't make no sense.

It has a nice view but they need to improve the conditions of the bathroom area, it is too deteriorated.

The food and drinks were not the best. At least one or more front desk receptionists were not friendly and professional.

The only downside is the additionnal 300mxn$/night if you bring someone.
