Lovely couple, very welcoming prime location, very clean excellent breakfast

The owner was friendly and helpful. They do offer parking permits but it does get busy so I would recommend parking in the pavilion car park using one of the parking apps for a few quid until you can find an empty space. The breakfast was amazing with choice of cereal fruit or cooked. I had full English which had everything and was amazing. Perfect location within 100 yards of Weymouth Pavillion and plenty of shops and bars nearby. Highly recommended and competitive price. I’ll certainly be back.

Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable room which was quiet and peaceful.
Room had a great view over the harbour.
Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order.
Karen was a great host and helpful with information.
Close to the harbour, beach and town centre.
Highly recommended.

Breakfasts Superb with great choice offered & Graham & Karen are so accommodating when it came to breakfast items, which was very appreciated..Lovely comfortable bed too.

I was very pleased with my double room and ensuite. The sea view was lovely and the location of the hotel was well situated. Karen (the proprietor of the hotel) was very helpful, attentive and friendly. I would return to this hotel.

Great hosts and facilities, breakfast was great. Only pain was parking, once you have found parking the host will will register you on line as permit holder which was a nice feature.

Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Accommodation was very well kept. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of cooked, cereals, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Location is perfect for the beach and the harbour with stunning views from the rooms and dining areas.

Had a nice stay and was warmly welcomed at Beach View. Room was comfortable with a nice view of the boats.

Avoid these 2 months if you cant stand loud music and screaming! Not a stab at the b and b as out of their control.

Great place to stay owners are very nice and friendly, rooms are very clean and well equipped with tv tea & coffee making facilities and a handy fridge great views of the harbour or beach and to top it off a great breakfast in the morning to start your day

Really enjoyed my stay both Karen and Graham are both nice people, when I’m in Weymouth in 2026 both myself and friends are going to rebook we all had different B&B beach view was by far the best.

Perfect!! Stayed for two nights, property was super clean, shower was lovely and bed was comfy, plenty of utilities within the room(even a mini fridge!!) and the hosts were lovely <3
