Very nice hotel. Room is a little bit dark at night but it depends on personal preference. They do offer extra lighting and will bring it to your room if needed.
Highly recommend to try the curry rice during breakfast, the chef added chocolate in it and the flavor was so concentrated and super delicious.
By the way, hotel will be under renovation (even though it's still pretty good even now) during June till August, so if booking this hotel after that, you might get the best and new hotel experience.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in Japan. Spacious and chic room. Great shower area and good water pressure. Complimentary minibar with champagne. Good varieties of breakfast choice. Free valet parking, the staffs even put a few bottles of water in the car when I checked out. Really nothing to complain about. My only suggestion is perhaps the hotel should consider letting the guests to have option to have breakfast in the restaurant on G/F, which has better vibe than the roof. Anyway, will definitely be back if I come back to Fukuoka in the future.

The staff on the club floor ie Level 4 was great, helpful and had initiatives. The team at the reception was poor in their knowledge and service. The overall design of the hotel is nice. Lighting in the hotel is too dark to the extent it is uncomfortable and dangerous. The room layout could have been improved - eg there was no space for luggage to be placed and the intent to have the wash basins out of the traditional layout whilst trying to be creative is not really functional and gives the feel of a messy living style instead.

This hotel is amazing! Not only is the customer service and the staff friendly and helpful, their food and drinks are amazing. I left my toiletry bag at their hotel and didn't realize until I already had checked out. The staff found my bag (and bubble wrapped each item to ensure it's safety) and mailed it to my hotel in Tokyo no charge. I was so appreciative! I can't wait to stay here again in the future :)

The free drinks and foods are amazing! Breakfast is amazing and generous! Very forward thinking hotel and superbly managed. Only complain is the whole hotel can use a bit more lighting. It’s too dark and it’s inconvenient when trying to pack or do work.

The hotel staff are professional and always cheerful. Starting from entering the hotel I was led for welcome drinks and snacks during registration. The room is spacious, fashion and comfortable. It’s relaxing laying in the chairs under the sun in the balcony. The bathroom and toilet are the merits that are comfortable inside and you cannot expect more. The staff are helpful to respond to my request and are always cheerful. I definitely will stay in this hotel when stop by Fukuoka.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and it was a very pleasant experience. Great design and service throughout the hotel, especially the bar on the 4th floor. The only thing I would suggest is the lighting in the lift and inside the guestroom, I appreciate the mood they are trying to create but it was a bit too dark.

the most enjoyable moment is having an hour private juccuzi on the roof top with complimentary drinks, such as champagne, beer and nice breakfast in Japanese and American style. Remember bring your swimming suite and reserved your private hour in advance. I was staying in the double queen size room with 46 inch LCD TV. A balcony is available in every room. BTW, there is no swimming pool in the hotel.

This hotel was great. We had never stayed at a hotel like this. The staff was friendly, the pent house was awsome, the dinners were neat and great tasting, the rooms were spacious, and our over all expierence was awsome. we will stay in this hotel again.
