Welcome to our 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space to accommodate 2 guests! It is conveniently close to ISU, Constitution Trail, and about 10 minutes to Rivian. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. You will find this one bedroom very spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay.

The bathroom has a full bath with fresh towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, a coffee maker, and updated countertops with a small dining table.

Coin-operated laundry is on second floor. There is a large parking lot behind the building and street parking is also available.

The entire apartment is set up for you.
