Well located for a short commute into the Centre of Leamington Spa. A perfect base for exploring Leamington Spa and the surrounding areas.

High ceiling-ed property with all of its original features making the property feel bright and spacious at all times. The two bedrooms are equipped with a Double Bed in each, with the family bathroom having also been recently renovated to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

There is free parking directly outside the property for one car in any one of the spaces. Please take a free space.

There is additional free parking on the street - Lillington Avenue.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay.

Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
