Great room. Comfortable bed. Clean and new

Breakfast was good but lacking stock on certain days. Some days there was no yoghurt, no muffins, no paper plates....

Friendly staff on way in. Room available as booked. Very clean facilities (looked like recently renovated). Loved the set up in the room - welcoming and plenty of seat options.

Recommend in every way except water pressure so low it felt like using a eye dropper to rinse shampoo (I ultimately used a cup and the sink) and there was very little available at breakfast. Maybe my expectations are too high as I am used to Drury Inn continental breakfast.

A lot! 1) Water pressure in the bathroom was non existent & the shower worse than useless. Reported this to staff but nothing was done about it. Water from basin tap little more than a dribble. Appears hotel has a serious water supply issue. 2) Room TV. Very few channels available & TV supplied with the most useless remote control I have ever seen. Completely user unfriendly and virtually impossible to select channels with it . Eg: not even CNN! 3) Breakfast. Every day, breakfast supplies ran out, sometimes by as early as 0830. Despite staff being asked to regularly check and re-supply, this didn’t appear to happen and so, on most days, no fruit, yoghurts, muffins provided. Very disappointing. 4) Rooms apparently only serviced every 3 days. Not great for a hotel but could have lived with this. But reality was room was only serviced twice in 14 days stay & we had continually to ask for clean towels, etc. Really rubbish service. 4) Finally, as a result of all the above, we left one day early - so only 14 nights but hotel still charged for 15 nights. Complained by Email but not even the courtesy if a reply. Overall, not recommended and wouldn’t stay there again.
