Ideal zur Besichtigung des KSC

Super Lage zur Besichtigung des Kennedy Space Center am nächsten Morgen, gutes schnelles Frühstück im Hotel, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ideal, wenn man um 09 Uhr im KSC sein will. Ausstattung von großem Zimmer und Bad modern und sauber.

Staff and amenities are great, room could be cleaner and give people what they pay.

Staff was friendly ,restaurant and bar staff were great

I booked a 6 person room with a sofa was given a 4 person room, enjoy the space of the larger room The tub was clogged and I had to plunge it myself as maintenance was gone for the day? The bathroom could use some updates for the money. Also I’m a local resident staying there waiting for my new home and didn’t get out of work till 4 and they said the latest I could check out was 2 and then I would be charged an extra night. It’s 2 hours I work for the city your not fully booked so really what’s the problem!?

The location was very convenient to my destination and on the hiway in/out.

The Elevator frequently makes “banging” noises, which is very unsettling.

I think a rooftop viewing area for rocket launches would be a great addition. I was lucky to be there for one, but stood in the street for the best view.

The breakfast was delicious it got my teenagers to get up fast when I told them it was a buffet & what they had😊

Our room was clean.

The property needs to be refreshed. Heavily stained carpets and furniture worn out. Really surprised to see a Holiday Inn in this condition. No free breakfast as the neighboring hotels have for the same room prices.

Visit was decent, but had to get fresh sheets and more washcloths as soon as we got there.

Sheets with pet hairs. We were a family of 4, and received only 2 towels and. 2 washcloths.

Huge rooms, huge breakfasts, hugely helpful staff

The room was huge and very clean. They have a Keurig coffee machine in the room. The aircon was very effective which is good - Florida is humid. The breakfasts were HUGE - I skipped lunch! The reception staff were VERY helpful, they went above & beyond to help me organise my transportation.

The only strange thing was the shower in the bathtub. There's a bench for disabled people. Which is great but it gets in the way and makes showering cramped.
