Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, fußläufig zum Kaiserpalast und zum Shopping District Ginza, in die U-Bahn kommt man direkt trockenen Fußes, Frühstück war sehr gut, inkl. frisch gepresstem Orangensaft (gab es sonst nirgends auf unserer Japanreise). Das Zimmer war sehr schön und großzügig, sogar im Bad mit einem Fenster.

Tee aus der nach Kaffee schmeckenden Thermoskanne passt nicht in dieser Preisklasse. Achtung: anders als in Japan üblich gibt es keine Waschmaschinen sondern nur einen sehr schnellen aber nicht ganz günstigen Wäscheservice.

Sehr gute Lage, großes Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett, hervorragende Ausstattung mit Pyjama und allen Utensilien zur Pflege. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

El hotel tiene una ubicación realmente excelente. Junto a la estación de Ginza, muy conectado con varias líneas. El tamaño de la habitación era suficiente para tres adultos. Desayuno muy cómodo. Las pijamas muy confortables

受付スタッフの対応が最悪だった。特に女性の受付スタッフの対応、態度が本当に不快だった。 便利でロケーションはよいが、 値段に見合わない内装・サービス。 普段こういう口コミを書かないが、今回ばかりは残念だった。値段の高い部屋しか空いていなかったので、せっかくなら良い気分で最後まで過ごしたかった。 もう利用したいという気分にはなれない。

Прекрасно все, особенно вид из номера 1202. Не жалейте ¥ и бронируйте угловой номер с видом. Он того стоит. Гинза и все магазины рядом. Метро рядом, JR линия рядом. Я в восторге. Завтрак прекрасен. Уровень отеля тоже соответствует LHW. Не понимаю почему они до сих пор не прошли его сертификацию. Это 5 звезд без нареканий. 10 из 10. В следующий раз только сюда.

Location is fantastic and super convenient. Literally atop the Ginza station. Lots to eat and shop within a 5min walking radius.

It was hard to get a cab and there's no parking if you drive.

We recently completed a three week trip around Japan and stayed at the Gate Hotel on our last two nights in Japan. This well priced hotel was located in the heart of the Ginza district. They provided a Luxurious experience from the moment you walk into the lobby and are greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms have outstanding views of the surrounding neighbourhood. The hotel lobby is comfortable, with huge glass windows to enjoy the surrounding sights and you have access to a terrace outside the lobby or on the 13th floor where you can sit and enjoy a drink. Hotel features a lovely restaurant, which serves exquisite breakfast each day, and the room was comfortable quiet and well appointed. What a great way to wrap up a long pleasant journey, but the one that left us tired and thankful to have the opportunity rest well at the gate hotel

This property is well below average for the price charged. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. There is no services or facilities and they wanted to charge me 700yen to get some milk to make coffee in the room, a total disgrace.

there is no services or facilities, no room service, no concierge service, no skills at all by reception staff for basic information such as were to get tours from, in fact the English was so poor they didn't even understand it

Location is convenient: hotel entrance is directly outside exit A1 of Ginza station. Hotel staff - reception and hotel restaurant - are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is spectacular - honey fresh off the honeycomb was a unique highlight! I also liked the fact that the selection is quite small / targeted, so there is not a lot of wasted food. There are pastries and fresh fruit salad that only gets replenished once it is empty so that none of the fruit becomes soggy. Cleanliness is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room has a special air cleaner, which helped lower the moisture after showering. Longer stays give you helpful benefits like free tea and coffee in the lobby area, which is a nice touch. The hotel is very modern - everything feels fresh and new.

The 8 train tracks running outside the hotel mean that there is a near-constant level of ambient noise but it didn’t bother us. For people sensitive to noise maybe a high floor would be helpful.

Location of the hotel was great being so close to shopping and multiple stations. Staff was very friendly and room very clean.

Our rooms 1211 and 1219 were facing the train tracks and we could hear trains go by every minute. It was fairly loud and I would have liked a quieter room.
