My husband and i had a 2 night stay. If this apartment had a comfortable mattress, it would be the most wonderful apparent I've stayed in. Almost everything was really thought out and provided. The apartment entrance is at the back of the street, and it is hard to find, and we had to contact the owner to guide us when we arrived on the road. It would have been helpful if he had shared the entrance address earlier. We would have an excellent stay. However, the bed was exceptionally uncomfortable! The heating in the living room didn't work, and we contacted the owner . He sent minimal instructions, and we expected them to fix it while we were out. But they did not!The apartment was a really high standard in every way. However, the bed was substandard. I did contact the owner about the bed on the following day in the late afternoon after coming back from my meeting, but I was told it was too late to replace the mattress. We didn't sleep well at all the first night and resorted to putting the spare duvet on the bed to lessen the impact of the hard springs. We could not do this on the first night as the room was cold, and we needed the 2nd duvet for added warmth. I would stay again if I had the guarantee that the bed was comfortable!
