Perfection! This place was so great last year that we stayed again. So clean and had everything we needed! Loved the vacinity to the pool and clubhouse. The view of the river was incredible. We will stay here again.

It was so fun. View was incredible!! My 4 yr old granddaughter loved the indoor pool!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!! We enjoyed the baby birds in the wreath on the door. So sweet. We just looked didn't disturb them at all. We would definitely stay there again!! The playground was great too!! Thank you so much!!!

We had great time with family from two states meeting in the middle at Branson. The week after New Years - many entertainment venues closed, however the decorations are still up. And we loved the hiking, Aquarium & indoor pool at condo.

Condo was clean, enjoyable. It was a short stay for us this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed with Marshall Condos at her other condos before so I knew this one would be amazing. I was right. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will always rent from Marshall whenever I get the opportunity!

Property was in great location for all the attractions we went to. We enjoyed watching the ducks and deer from the screened in porch. We will definitely be back.

Girls weekend (4 ladies) We had a great stay. Overall a great place to stay. Bring tennis shoes! Minor items - Needed more soap- we bought liquid soap for each bathroom. Ice maker doesn’t make a lot of ice - we bought a bag of ice. Lighting is darker than it looks in the listing. Enjoyed the condo and location. Easy check in. Good directions upon arrival and when leaving. Listed things to do, places to eat, closest grocery store, Walgreens, even urgent care. The loft worked out great for us. Condo was clean. Enjoyed sitting on the deck for early morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. Loved it was screened in. Plenty of towels. Bring beach towels if you’re going to use the pool. Beds and pillow we’re comfortable Large washer/dryer TV easy to use Looked like great trails to hike but we forgot tennis shoes. Golf course looked great. 5 minutes from table rock dam. 15 minutes from the landing. Bar and grill restaurant on the property has great pizza if your having a night in.

One of the best rental experiences I’ve had in a long time! Very clean and comfortable, great location and instructions. Best of all no long list of things to do at checkout- just a few veery reasonable requests and we were out the door. Would recommend!

Such a lovely spot right on Lake Taneycomo! Beautiful condo. Close to everything. Lots of room inside. We had such an awesome vacation out here with our family. Easy access to everything in Branson and also easy access to Lake Taneycomo. We had some great adventures hiking on the trail and swimming in the Lake. It’s cold but so clean and refreshing! The screened in back porch made for plenty of quiet refreshing time for the soul. You can’t go wrong with this place!

A great place to stay. Something for everyone, pool, restaurant on site, pool side restaurant, hiking trail, golf, playground, fishing. Quiet area. Condo was spotless. Definitely would stay again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Just for the owners knowledge, there is a leaky faucet in the downstairs hall bathroom. The place was very clean. The view very nice. It was well equipped with everything we needed including trash bags and toilet paper.

The condo was great. We really enjoyed the stay - except for the morning my husband pulled the top sheet fully back on our bed and it was stained down at the bottom with what looked like blood or something similar in color. There is no way the sheets had been washed. Really disappointed!!!!

We visited the week of Memorial Day. Loved the screened-in porch and all the amenities of the property. Very clean and comfortable condo. Excellent communication with the owners. Would definitely recommend.

My Son and his Family live in Ft Wayne Indiana and We live in the Ft Worth area of Texas and we chose Branson as a meeting spot to spend time together. There was 7 of us and this Condo was roomy enough for us all to be comfy for our 4 night stay. The Condo has everything you could possibly need and was everything it was listed to be except for not having an ice maker which was no big deal but we were a little confused since the Welcome packet clearly stated it had an ice maker and ran all the time but there was ice trays in the freezer and that worked great for us. We were so busy with outings in town we never made it to the pool but it did look really fun and we wished we had of made the time for a swim in the indoor pool. We did use the BBQ grill one night and cooked on the sidewalk out front. Several of the neighbors that live there permanent were so friendly they would speak to you and offer tips on things to do in town or hikes to take around the property. We so enjoyed the screened in porch on the back over looking the water each morning and evening watching the geese and resident woodpecker. The Condo is located so close to all the attractions and Restaurants which made it easy to run back to the Condo for lunch or a short rest before we tackled the next activity of the day. This rental was so clean and perfect and the Resort itself is fantastic, Checking in was so easy and the man working the gate was so nice. We had a Great Time!!!

Overall we loved the property, the amount of beds & bathrooms. We enjoyed the screened in deck overlooking the lake. The only negative was the comfort of the 2 upstairs beds.

Brought my family to Branson for a quick get away. Condo was nice and spacious and clean. Location was great with a great view of Taneycomo. Would highly recommend and will likely return!

Girls weekend for Christmas shopping ! We had plenty of room, great location with a peaceful view! Five of us girls who do an annual Christmas shopping weekend , all agree we want to stay here again !
