Highly appreciated the flexibility of modifying our booking due to some unforeseen events. Friendly staff, good value for money, we didn't really stay much in the room due to our itinerary. Thank you Hilfrans!
The Driver + Car they recommended from Vigan going to Ilocos Norte are all overpriced, seems like there is a monopolization happening there. I would suggest to have your own transportation and itinerary arrangements outside Vigan.

The room was comfortable, and the adjoining common/sitting room was pleasant. Staff were helpful.
The location, on a busy road without sidewalks, was somewhat difficult from a walking perspective. This is not the property's fault - I should have checked the location more carefully. The room was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator. This could be an issue for someone less mobile. Very few restaurants in the vicinity.

Mattress in double bedroom not comfortable. But room clean and spacious. Also wifi was weak in the room.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We had our own dining and sitting room which was great. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very courteous and attentive.
They have limited parking spaces. It was only suitable for 3 cars. I was afraid that our car might get hit by the ongoing traffic. I hope they can do something about this in the future.

They don't regularly clean the airconditioning filter, dirt is too thick that the air can't go through which made the nIght uncomfortable.

One was checked in at the room facing the street (Ruby room)...and it was so noisy with vehicles always passing by. No internet. Visitors need to connect.

The room size and bed size are big. Nice bath tub. They give free hot water upon request.
The parking is not secure. There is no electric kettle in the room. Its noisy at night because our room is facing the street.
