We love working with the community of the Ozarks and the people who travel in and out of our area. We consider it a great privilege to get to know the travelers that have ventured through the Ozarks and love having them as guests in our condos. We've personally lived in this community for over 25 years and have been in the rental business for over 20 years. There are so many beautiful locations and places to stay in the Ozarks and we are pleased to go above and beyond to make a stay at any of our condos the best it can be for our guests.

*Neighborhood Amenities are Accessible Using the Amenities Key Card Provided in the Condo - this includes Lighted Tennis Courts, Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Year Round Heated Indoor Pool & Outdoor Jetted Hot Tub, 24/7 Fitness Center, and Gated Owner Entrance. Also Take Advantage of the Public 18-hole PGA Golf Course, Putting Green, Pro Shop, and Bar & Grille right in the neighborhood! ****Pointe Royale No Longer Allows Boat or Trailer Parking Within the Neighborhood
The guard house will issue you a parking pass when you first arrive. Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. Each vehicle in your party will need all of the reservation details to get a parking pass and be let through the guard gate.
There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces.
Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense.

We loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and offered everything my family wanted. The playground right next door was great for our toddler, we enjoyed the pool, and loved the views of the water. Perfect spot for a relaxing trip!

We had zero complaints about our stay! The location was perfect for our fishing obsessed family. Just steps away from the beautiful water. Gorgeous location with a quite and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was as expected and so thankful to have the ease of a gated community and superior neighbors! Our family will be returning for sure!!!

This place was amazing. The condo itself was adorable. Beautiful interior. Spacious, comfy beds, and great location. We prefer to stay away from the strip and we love to fish - this was our ideal spot. We will definitely book this again.

Our stay at this wonderful 2 bedroom condo was amazing! All the little touches were so well thought, especially being COMPLETELY decorated for Christmas! Every little touch from the welcome notebook to the bowl of chocolates was very heart-felt! It was so nice to come back from our adventures in town and have a place to hang out and relax together. We played lots of games (all provided) and enjoyed the fireplace. It is a wonderful location and the gated community made us feel so safe. It is also a PERFECT location next to the water and we are already looking at dates for the spring/summer/fall so we can enjoy the waterfront more when it's warmer! Such a wonderful place! Thank you so much for making our mini holiday getaway so nice and one to remember!

We felt at home here, so comfy and cozy. Beautiful place, well stocked with necessities, and close to town. There is so much to do right inside the community! We also loved having access to fishing right out back and the view is amazing!! Would love to come visit again.

We came to this property for a quick weekend getaway for our daughters birthday. The check in process was exceptionally easy and quick. When we got to the condo, we got in easily and we’re so pleased with the amount of space and so many sleeping spaces. The beds were so comfortable! Having direct access to the water was wonderful too! We wished we had booked more days to enjoy it longer!

We spent beautiful days in our lovely, cozy, comfy condo in Branson! Our host has thought of everything our group needed! We loved the gorgeous views and our relaxing space! We enjoyed fishing and a tram ride at the nearby Dogwood Canyon! Shopping at Branson landing, eating at the Point Royale grill and more! The amazing Sights and Sound Theater and more! We hope to stay again!

We visit Branson at least 3-4 times a year. We enjoyed finding this VRBO last minute and will definitely plan to return. It was the perfect location near all the attractions, and we loved having the lake right out the back door. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! Everything was top notch! The beds were so comfortable, linens super soft and pillows and blankets galore. Everything we could have needed was provided. We really enjoyed having the river so close, we loved the views, and just going down there to fish and hang out. The condo was in close proximity to all kinds of entertainment and restaurants. You will not be disappointed chosing this condo for your next vacation!

The condo was in a great location. The resort was awesome. We chose this location so we could swim in the lake, but the water was too cold to swim in. It was the first week of July so we didn’t anticipate that, but we enjoyed the pool.

We stayed here right around thanksgiving. Everything was decorated Christmas and gave the kids and I a jump start of excitement for Christmas. The condo was so cozy and amazing!! I will definitely stay here again. I also went alone with out my husband, just my two kids and I felt completely safe.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful with a nice view of the river in the back. The sun room was so peaceful to sit and have a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the mornings. The condo was spacious with lots of room to spread out. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast and dinner on multiple days/nights. The pool and other activities were a very short drive up the hill. I would highly recommend this condo. It was a really great week and we hope to stay again one day.

This is the second time staying here and it never feels like we get to stay long enough. We enjoyed a new hiking trail that meanders next to the river and saw wildlife along the way. We can’t wait to come back again!

Celebrated at elope with a group of friends for a short weekend and had a blast! The place was clean, conventionally located, had a view of the water that the pictures don’t do justice, and 10 minutes from SDC! The check in time was a little late and when we checked in we didn’t know our building number/ specific condo number. It was a little confusing and not listed on the VRBO app. Guard shack made us pull off to the side and call the property manager for help but it was a breeze getting what we needed! Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, tranquil setting yet close to all attractions. Owners were thoughtful with plenty of essentials such as coffee, soap, towels, blankets and chairs to use outdoors to enjoy lake. Would stay again.

This condo was even better in person! Looks exactly like the pictures. The back door view is even better in person. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again! Very close to everything in Branson but far enough out to get peace and quiet. Love love love!!!
