Pets:
We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dog for a non-refundable pet fee of $125 with a refundable $250 deposit. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.

Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.The Perfect

Safety Disclaimer:
Please note that the backyard is open with no fencing, allowing direct access to the lake, perfect for jumping right in! Littles should be closely supervised at all times while in the backyard. The hot tub has a cover, but children should be watched when near it or outdoors. The upper terrace is equipped with a railing, but there are gaps that are not safe for small children. A safety latch has been added to the door leading to the terrace to prevent littles from accessing this area unsupervised.
