Explore nearby attractions like Warner Bros. Studio Tour, Universal Studios, Hollywood & Griffith Park. This is a perfect location to visit LA, a short drive to most of the LA attractions. Whether you visit LA or visit family or here for business, you cant go wrong with this house. You will find your self very comfortable.

The house features two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage. The inviting living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or meetings, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV.

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, offering a cozy space for family meals.

We have a giant chess board for you to enjoy too.

- Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.
Other things to note
- We have security camera in the front
- There is a pet fee
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
