The front door was supposed to lock on its own when leaving. It was broke and house was unsecured for 4 days before being fixed. All of our valuables and safety was at risk every time we left the home. Customer service was as awful never got back to me I had to keep calling. They lied and said it was fixed and it was not until after 4 days

Customer service was very bad. Beds was very noisey unit came with no wash cloths. No blankets for beds. Toilet in master bed made loud noise when flushing. Booking.com charge me $250 for deposit and the property also charged another $250 deposit. I would not recommend this property to anyone for the price that they charged $2200. appliances needed to be updated. I just want my deposit back and half of money back we stayed for 10 days and it was awful.
