Summary:
Beautiful home that is less than 10 minutes away from Coeur d’Alene downtown. Home is perfectly placed to put you close to the Spokane Airport for easy transportation. Home is very close to the beautiful and eventful Spokane River! This home has enough beds to sleep a total of 15 guests with two king beds, one queen bed, two queen sleeper sofas, and two bunk beds with one being a twin over full and the other being a twin over twin with a twin trundle. Enough space for the entire extended family!
The Space:
New LVP throughout entire home!! Short term rental in Coeur d’Alene’s beautiful suburb of Post Falls. Home is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home. Home has a bunk room with A total of 5 twin beds and one full size bed. Bunk room also has a queen sized sleeper sofa giving plenty of space for families with kids! Main commons area also has a queen sleeper sofa if that extra sleeping space is needed! Home is within walking distance of the beautiful Black Bay Park on the Spokane River. River itself is approximately 1/3 of a mile away from the home. Home is located at a short 5-10 minute drive to down town Coeur d’Alene and a fast 30 minute drive to the Spokane Airport! Home is in the heart of everything beautiful that the Pacific Northwest has to offer with swimming, camping, boating, hiking, biking, and much much more just right around the corner!
Main bedroom has a king sized bed. Bedroom has an attached master bathroom that has a toilet, shower, and tub.
There are two other bedrooms with one having a queen sized bed and the other having a second king bed. Bedroom that has the queen sized bed has more space to fit a pack-and-play that is furnished at the home. Pack and play isn't set up but is available if the tenant needs one.
Basement bunkroom has a queen sized sleeper sofa, a bunk bed that is a twin over full and another bunk bed that has a twin over twin with a twin sized trundle (3 twin beds).
Home has 4 pedal bikes available (2 adult and 2 children bikes). Home also has a float tube that is available for use for tenants.
Home back porch is covered with a small uncovered area. Covered area is open for tenants to hang out with string lights to keep the feeling warm and inviting. Open porch area has a BBQ grill that can be used as well by the tenants if they would like.
Main living area was recently opened up making it larger and more inviting. Area has a 55" smart TV that tenants can watch their favorite programs on. Basement also has a 55" smart TV. Home is also supplied with shampoo and body wash as well! Home laundry unit has laundry detergent that can be used if tenants need!
Home is very close to Black Bay Park which is a fun area to swim, boat, fish, or have a picnic. Area is beautiful all around and has areas for everything you could want. Home is on a quiet, dead-end road that has minimal traffic and is very quiet. Across the street is a 55 acre lot that a lumber mill sits on that wild animals such as: deer, turkeys, grouse, moose, and much more are often seen in. Make our vacation home your vacation home on your next stay in the Coeur d'Alene valley!
Home recently had security cameras installed viewing front drive, side gate, and front door. The cameras were placed to not intrude on guests privacy but still maintain security for guests. Cameras are placed for security reasons only.
Guest Access:
Entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of one closet that holds supplies for our cleaners and handymen.
The property is equipped with external security cameras at the front door, monitoring the entrance area for added safety and security.
The Neighborhood:
Home is on a dead end street that keeps traffic at a minimum. Neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. Across the street from the home is a lumber mill that sits on a very wooded 55 acre lot. Mill is on the other side of the lot and cannot be seen from home. The acreage around the mill welcomes wildlife from turkeys and grouse to moose and deer.
Getting Around:
Home has a two car garage that guests can use. Two car spacing is available in the driveway as well and on street parking that can be utilized if needed.

We had a big group of family and friends come from Oregon. This house fit all of us perfect. A great neighborhood, the older kids walked and rode bikes to the park a few blocks away. We went to Silverwood a few days and then spent the day at Coeur d'alene Lake. The house is perfectly in the middle of both. Great location.

House was clean with lots of space for everyone in our group. Nice deck in the back. We had everything we needed. Loved the neighbourhood. Only addition would be a little table on the back deck for food snd beverages. Overall a nice place to stay.

Overall it was good - there was major miscommunication between VRBO And property manager. Somehow it was missed we were staying for tonight, even though the payment was already processed. The property manager made it work for us, and we appreciated her efforts. Nonetheless, we arrived at Place, without air-conditioning working.

What is there to enjoy Coeur d’Alene?

We chose this location because it had adequate sleeping capacity for two families and was pet friendly. It was great for what we needed. We especially loved sitting on the covered patio and enjoying the view of the forest that was practically in the back yard. It was also nice having a grill so we could grill hamburgers and hotdogs. We also appreciated that there was plenty room for all of us to gather in the living room and dining area. It was also nice to have access to the garage to park our cars.
One thing I would advise those considering renting this property to be aware of is there’s really only one “normal” shower. The property description explains that in addition to the regular shower, the master bedroom has a large tub that includes a handheld sprayer that can also be used as a shower. While this is technically accurate, nobody in our group felt comfortable using it as a shower because there’s nothing to hold up the sprayer, so you have to hold it up with your hand, and there are no shower walls - it’s an open tub. So our group of 10 people ended up setting up a schedule to use a single shower, which was a little inconvenient.

5 minutes from stores and restaurants, 30 minutes from silverwood. We had a family of 10 people and 2 dogs, we had plenty of room. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly.

This property worked great for our family of 12. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and bedding. We enjoyed the backyard, the deck and the quiet neighborhood!

This home was perfect for our recent visit to Post Falls/Coeur d’Alene. Our family of 4 and pets has plenty of room in this very clean home. The area was very pretty and the access and attentiveness of the property manager was fabulous. Would love to stay again.

Layout was good, furniture in living room was comfy and inviting. Parts of the home seems to be updated while others were severely out of date and need an upgrade.
Beds were comfy but sparse in linens. No top sheets and no extra linens available in the house.
The futon in the basement was stained and seemed disgusting. We needed to use it but no sheets were available to cover it properly. We had to use a throw blanket off the upstairs couch.
The cleaning list is extensive and they ask you do a majority of the laundry. That made us feel uncomfortable and made us question the cleanliness of the home. Especially the bed linens (comforters/ quilts etc.)
The kitchen was rather barren. No coffee, Foil, or other things that you would typically find in a VRBO. We couldn’t get the induction stove to work. We watched YouTube videos and everything else to try to figure it out. We’re thinking they may not have the proper pans for it. The oven is smaller than typical size in a home.
It was located in a nice neighborhood and was an easy place to get to and from Silverwood Amusement park.
