This large detached five bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and has excellent access to the airport and M6 motorway.
The home has been refurbished to a high standard and retains some of its original architectural features. It is modern and bright, fully furnished throughout and decorated in neutral tones.
The property is in Coleshill Road in the Hodge Hill area. It has the added bonus of a garden for those who enjoy outdoor space and off-street parking for up to three cars.
There are five large bedrooms each with two single beds, perfect for large groups of friends, colleagues or families. There are two modern bathrooms with showers and plenty of storage throughout.
The living area comprises a spacious lounge area with two large sofas and a 50 inch Smart TV with complementary Netflix. The living space also has a dining area perfect for leisurely meals which can be prepared in the modern kitchen well-equipped with cooking utensils and equipment.
The Location
Hodge Hill is four miles east of the city centre and has direct access to the M6 and is only 15 minutes away from Birmingham Airport. Close by is Kingfisher Country Park, which runs alongside an 11 km stretch of the River Cole. It is a local Nature Reserve perfect for those who enjoy walking and the great outdoors. The local library is Glebe Farm Library which was the first library to be built in Birmingham after World War II. Shopping facilities can be found nearby at the Fox and Goose; however many shop in nearby Stechford just under one mile away by car, train or bus. Other nearby stations for commuters can be found at Lea Hall and Adderley Park.
