The Space:
Grove Road is a three-bedroom property furnished to a high standard, perfect for accommodating families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy a quiet yet adventurous stay.
With a combination of carpeted and wooden flooring throughout, Grove Road is stylish with a bright interior design complemented by modern furniture and smart decor.
Upon entry, the first room to your right is the spacious living area, complete with an electric fireplace and large bay window that looks out on to the peaceful street.
You will find access to the dining area next to the living room. A round dining table with chairs ensures everyone can dine together.
Grove Road boasts a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and hob. Whether staying for a quick getaway or a longer stay, you will also have access to a washing machine for your convenience.
The door from the kitchen leads to an enclosed back garden which has been well maintained, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. It's ideal for enjoying the sun or the fresh Yorkshire air.
The first room you’ll come to on the first floor is the main family bathroom fitted with a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
Up another small flight of stairs is the first bedroom, a twin room featuring two single beds and a window overlooking the garden.
Next door is the second bedroom, which also features twin single beds and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, WC, and wash basin. Please note that the beds in this room are zip & link so can be merged into a super-king upon request prior to your stay.
The third bedroom can be found on the second floor and has a king-size bed. It also features a wall-mounted TV with access to Freeview channels.
