Other things to note
There are security cameras covering all outside areas of the property - they were installed for our safety...and your safety, too! But note these videos can be accessed by us remotely if we suspect guest numbers are different than agreed or suspect any other undesired activities such as unauthorized gatherings.

Gatherings or pets are not allowed unless disclosed and agreed upon in advance with us.

Please note the pool and spa can be heated, but if you plan to use the heater there will be an additional daily fee charged.

Smoking is allowed only outside away from open doors and windows. If we need to remove the scent of smoking inside the property we will charge an extra cleaning fee for the cost and time required to do so.

Please avoid being TOO LOUD outside, especially after 9pm, our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us!
