It was dirty and had roaches

The front desk guy was a little rude upon check-in. He did not want to answer any questions and was not friendly. It was very noisy and sounded like they had a daycare with kids running around the room all day and all night. We had 2 people in our room and only enough towels for 1 person. Only light was by the door and 2 little lamps. The refrigerator had bromen shelves and froze everything in it. The bed was broke to where the head angled down lower then the foot and was very uncomfortable. The flooring was messed up and broke. The desk chair was broke to where you could not lean back in it. It laid all the way back and the arm was broke. There was not any luggage carts to bring your stuff in and out with. House keeping was there at 9 every morning and was upset we were still sleeping and they could not clean and on the last day came at 10 to tell us we needed to check out at 11 which we already knew and we were already getting our stuff ready to go. I felt like i was being treated like a child. I will definitely not stay in that hotel when we go back. I will find a better one

The bed the we slept in somehow gets me and wife in the middle, causes us to have back pain. But overall evertyhing was fine

Fernanda was very sweet and friendly! The room Itself smelled like chlorox. It was suffocating. Also the toilet didn’t flush, the sink runs and doesn’t turn off, there are holes in the comforter and walls. It just didn’t feel like a pleasant place to stay.

The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, there was even a TV, refrigerator, microwave, desk.

There was very bad smell in the room, may be cigarette. Everywhere broken fixtures. Cockroach on floor. Broken vinyl floor.

there was a lot of shady characters around but no one bothered me. breakfast isnt diabetic friendly otherwise clean and somevwhat quiet. will be back

The hotel itself is good. A little old but well cleaned. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, it’s hard to get a good rest specially at night due to a lot of noises from other rooms from morning to night.
