Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the entire hotel and room. I will definitely try to book again next time we are in Austin!!!

Did get fresh towels our second day, tv was in and out and trash was not taken out. Other than that 8/10 for the rest of the stay.

The hotel was recently renovated and was very nice and comfortable. However, hotel advertises its location to be at 5 minute walk from the capital and it was not. There was another branch near the capitol but the address provided while doing the reservation took us to a branch that’s is 15 min drive to the capitol

Address was wrong for location intended to book. Caused me to miss out on concert. Room was hot, had to call multiple times, wasn’t fixed till close to midnight.

It was an awesome stay. Very clean, well lit, friendly staff, great breakfast AND Community Coffee is the best. We have found our olace to stay when in the Austin area.

No ice machines on any floor, had to get ice from main desk and they only had a small amount.

Overall our stay was amazing. Definitely needs bigger trash cans in the rooms since we filled it up by the first day.

I was unable to eat breakfast. I arrived at 9 am to eat breakfast. I was told that their was no more waffle mix and their was no food in the Chafers. Was told to wait and i waited for 15 mins and still no breakfast and the bananas were rotten.
AC unit in room wouldn't adjust they have it pre set to a certain temperature. Was very furture location distance from downtown. Pictures not uploading
