Rest&Recharge are proud to present this bright & spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house located within a short walk of the Etihad Stadium and a 5 minute drive from Manchester City Centre.
With up to 10 separate beds (plus one travel cot), this house is perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week.
The property has parking for one vehicle on our driveway & also on-street parking for one additional vehicle.
The Space:
This townhouse comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a modern fully-fitted kitchen, and a large lounge/dining room with dining area & comfortable sofas, The lounge has doors to a large garden with a small paved patio.
All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.
→ Lounge & Dining area:
Comfortable Sofas (with one large sofabed) with a flatscreen HDTV, access to streaming and catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.
→ Kitchen:
Our kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.

The house is located on a quiet housing estate, with the Etihad Stadium being just a 13 min walk, and the Co-op Live Arena a 20 min walk.
Getting Around:
Manchester City centre is just a 5 minute drive/taxi away, and major bus routes stop within a 5 minute walk of the house.
