The location is good.

I’m surprised by previous reviews. I found the owner Andrea to be both rude and his communication was bad. Had to chase via bookings to respond to messages and also still hasn’t responded to message when we asked for breakfast to be pre ordered and I’ve just got back! Property is ok. No Wi-Fi in the 2nd room or in the bathroom. Only a bed sheet and no duvet or thick blanket. The sofa is in uncomfortable and we pulled out the sofa before to use while watching tv and its squeaky and not somewhere you could sleep. Only ok for 2 ppl perhaps 3 if you don’t mind having no reception or wifi on your mobile while sleeping in the 2nd room. I’m not usually on to leave reviews but I was disappointed and don’t think its value for money and being polite and friendly costs nothing !

The location was amazing, and the apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4. The host Andrea was super helpful, provided great recommendations for us, and even booked our transportation from St. Angelo to Piazzale Roma for us. Could not have been better!

Superb location between Rialto and San Marco. Just 2 minutes from Sant Angelo vaporetto station. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Andrea, the host was simply charming and gave us very warm welcome and excellent service. Will stay there again!

nothing. everything was excellent

you can walk to almost everything, or the vaporetto stop is also very very close. The apartment is comfortable clean and spacious. it included all amenities except for a clothes drier or a microwave and dishwasher, but the kitchen is otherwise stocked and ready to cook, and it does have a clothes washer and a drying rack. The WiFi is also very fast! The manager answers calls very quickly and is very helpful, also speaks very good English.
