The room needs money spent in it. In poor condition, the speaker did not work. The TV in the room did not work, and the bathroom was not cleaned to best. The towels for the shower or bath were more like hand towels. Very disappointed

The location was great, the view was great, the bar was great and the staff were lovely and helpful

Fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning. We had to go outside for an hour before we were allowed back in by the firefighters. Please also note that there is a lot of construction work going on in the neighborhood and that they start early in the morning as well.

Quiet comfortable apartment like rooms

Although safety deposit box indicated on our booking, none in room and on asking reception, we were told a booking.com issue and at a loss to provide us with one. Impression:booking.com bookings given inferior rooms!

The apartment was great. Very nice.

The lack of parking spaces in the garage. The cost of parking when we already spent so much on the hotel. 60£ or $98AUD for parking is cooked. Every time we buzzed to enter or exit parking we ended up sitting at the buzzer for a while as nobody answers.

Amazing View, Very big rooms (35m2) and you can ask either for shower or bathtub during your check in. Very clean. Super comfortable beds and the most awesome breakfast one could have. Very upscale (business) neighbourhood and the Alter Opera and its nearby restaurants are really close to the hotel. The old city is also within walking distance, so location-wise this hotel is perfect. In general, staying there was a very positive experience -specially after a while traveling and staying in historical sites in Europe. It is an interesting way to experience Frankfurt because from your window you will see where the old meets the new, with many historical buildings amongst very modern high rise buildings.

Very modern and cold ambiance (Steel and Glass). The hotel starts on the 22nd floor of a business building so when you arrive you do not really know where to go and where is the hotel. If you arrive at night (which was our case), after a certain time the breakfast area becomes a bar with very loud music and people partying. If you enjoy partying you will love it - but if you are traveling with kids this can be a bit disturbing because whenever you arrive at front desk you will face this huge and very loud party going on. It is just weird.

The location between the banks was amazing

I felt like it was too expensive for what it offered. The breakfast was average. What also annoyed me a lot is that due to the skyscraper constructions it got very loud in the room. After the bar opened at night you could also hear the music all night long all the way to the 27th floor.

I always happily return to this hotel whenever I am in Frankfurt. The view is spectacular and it can be enjoyed through large windows. The location is perfect, close to the shopping district and the station.

Great view from the room, excellent location close to Alte Oper. The beds were quite comfortable, too.

The rooms are a bit outdated, the construction site next door is quite disturbing, even when the room is on the 26th floor. Parking facility is not very user-friendly (and costs 30 Euro/day).

It felt a bit out dated and the cleaning was pourly made. we came down 1h before breakfast time was over, but still they started to clear it out after we just grabbed our first round, we missed half of the buffet.
