The hotel staff, and the pool, the beach is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The entertainment team and events are awesome. The food is good! Especially the food court.

I didn't like the fact that you need to pay for a lot of stuff at the hotel: the beach cabinets, the private tanning beds, and a lot of beverages are not included, so it was a bit of a bummer, and the room cleaning wasn't really good. And the parties at night are very repetitive - every night the same music selection (mainstream and Russian) I think It has much more potential...

Food of course, easy access to the pool and seashore

You need to pay for the banglue. One of the worker get inside the room while we are inside the room without permission and left without apology as he did nothing wrong!!

Value for money, exceptional hospitality. Really good food. Will definitely go again.

They have an child bed in the room which they refused to remove The tv location was in the corner (not directly facing the bed) The beach has too many stones which hurt your feet (investing in removing these stones would make this hotel almost 10/10) The food quality is good but not great The spa was expensive and thai massage was not available at the time of my stay The spa manager was rude and they said they would accept 75 euros for an hour massage (the original price was a 100) Guest relations gave me a card for 30% discount and i went and gave him the card he got angry and said the best I could give you is 77 euros And then they said we would allow 75 euros if u committed to taking 4 massages I said to hell with your massage and left 20 minutes later one of his employees is cruising the sun beds looking for customers ( really good business management) By the way the price in a neighboring hotel is 30 to 40 euros for an hour massage

All facilities were clean and good. Staff were helpful and always greeted with a smile.

Food was below average.

The room cleaning staff was just amazing, and we loved our person. She did not speak English that much but that did not stop us talking. The food in this hotel is superb, and in 6 days we spent there we could not find a single problem, or something we did not like. There are so many choices throughout the day, and not enough time to try and eat all we wanted. White peer staff are absolutely amazing and so hard working. We had two of them taking care of us, and they are doing such great job making sure that guests are not missing anything, and they can enjoy time in the beach.

I was very disappointed when we first arrived at such a luxury-level hotel. No concierge to greet us at the entrance, which is very strange. The reception was not so interested in answering the questions we had. We went alone to our room, which usually never happens in 5-star hotels. In the room we did not find enough towels, only to be told by reception that they have an issue on that day. We got towels next day and all was sorted. In addition to a very strange greeting, I found out that the Guest relations officer is not telling us the truth and hotel is not very honest with prices. The hotel has 2 peers, one of which is called White peer, it is located on the right side of the hotel beach and has 5 separate wooden establishments for people to relax and spend time, and you need to reserve/pay in order to spend the day there. The first time we wanted to reserve, I have been told that Peer G3 was available, and it will cost us 100e for three people. The second day I went to do the same, and I was told G4 is available, and it will cost us 88e for three people because we have our booking online (probably thinking about online hotel booking). On the third day when I wanted to reserve, the Guest relations officer told me that cost is 110e for three people. I asked How is it possible that 1 day 100e, the second day 88e, and the third day 110e?! I made a comment that someone is either cheating or lying and asked What is the actual price since the price was never officially published or communicated with us through official channels. I got only a smile from a staff member, and no comment (She understands English, so language was not a problem). In the end, I paid only 68e for three people, for that day.
