I am a German resident and a frequent business traveller and due to last minute stay at Ravenna i had to find a hotel between Ravenna and Forli and i ended up checking this hotel late night around 10PM and next day morning i had a meeting at 9AM so in a hurry by mistake i had taken the key of the room into my jacket while i was leaving the hotel. And late in the afternoon around 2PM i realised that keys are in my pocket and respectfully i called hotel to convey that can i courier the same to you. But the Owner of the hotel was very vulgar in his language and very disrespectful and started shouting over the phone. Nevertheless being a person of responsibility, I still went almost 140 KMS by car to return the keys… In-spite of being normal or Generous this person attacked on my face and also left his small dog onto to bit me. He made lot of comments about my country of origin and made uncessery disrespectful comments. For the first time of my travel to Italy from last 15 years I felt so uncomfortable with this person. When I told I will post your behaviour in booking.com about my review, he told he himself will poop in the hotel and tell that I had done that and spoiled the room (He is so evil minded and not generous for a guest). I did mistake my taking the key but I corrected by his approach was very very wrongful.

Very tidy, cozy and comfortable apartment. Real Italian with a bit of Brazilian spice. And the owner is a very kind and friendly young man. we are recommending

The house was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. We had not paid for breakfast but a prepared one was in the room.

The house was right on a main road and there was a lot of traffic.

Cute small room. Comfortable beds. Clean. Large clean kitchen and dining area. Didn’t realize the set up was rooms in a house, but it was fine. Roadside hamburger stand a few yards away if you don’t feel like cooking or driving.

The house is really close to a busy highway. Our room was on the opposite side so thankfully barely heard it, might be different in a room facing the road. Noisy in the morning because we were downstairs next to the kitchen.
