Lovely warm, clean rooms with a comfortable bed and nice fresh towels. All the staff were very welcoming and the landlady was very attentive. Superb value for money considering the amazing breakfast was included. Hotel was also well situated near to town. Highly recommended.

They gave us a warm welcome on arrival really friendly and very helpful with local information of places for us to go too. They could not do enough to help you. Breakfast was really nice and if wanted any extra or something different was always able to do it for you. It was like being at home a very friendly atmosphere.

It was very good indeed great location lovely hosts very friendly 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family and would stay there again.

Excellent location on sea front. Bedroom, bathroom and public room were spotless and breakfast was very good. The hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly. Car parking was on the street outside the hotel, but lots of spaces.

The Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked by Mal per order.
Mal and Colette were amazing hosts, friendly and helpful at all times.
Colette even returned home to help us open the front door, which had been accidentally locked.

Had a great stay at the Berkeley, rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked to guests request. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Great value for money.
