Most of the staff was very nice with the exception of one younger girl not friendly at all. Breakfast was not bad. Breakfast area was always clean.

The pool was so nice when we arrived but then a big party came in and trashed it so we did not use the pool the rest of our stay. Garbage was floating in the pool and beer caps were all around the edges. When we checked in therrcwas a toothpick on the bathroom counter and in a beer bottle under the sink in the cupboard.Lots of barking dogs. We had to go buy toilet paper we only had 3 rolls for our 9 day stay. When I asked of I could get a couple rolls she said she was only aloud to gibbe me one.

We liked Lucy Lopez, the SUPER STAR housekeeper! She made up for the VERY underwhelming and "didn't want to be bothered" attitude of the front desk staff! Lucy was bright, cheerful and busy working hard everytime we saw her! The rooms are very nice and comfortable.

Our toilet clogged up and per the front desk clerk, there wasn't anyone to bring a plunger or plunge the toilet, so we had to go down and get it and do it ourselves. The charge for pets is $30 per day per pet. Too much!!! And we got put on the second floor in the middle with 2 dogs. No accommodation for pets, like maybe on the 1st floor close to an exit. The hotel was by no means booked up.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your average breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal etc.

TV remote was difficult to use.

Breakfast was great and the entire experience was just what we needed.

When I made the reservation I picked a place that was pet friendly. However beware because this place is pet friendly at a very HIGH COST. I was charged $120 for two nights for two small dogs. We travel with our dogs all the time and have never been charged a fee at a place that advertised pet friendly. When I spoke to the manager about it he said it was on there website so I looked and he was correct but you have to scroll page after page before you get to the real pet policy. So I paid but I can assure you that I will NEVER stay at one of their hotels again. So if you travel with your pets beware of the fine print.

Nothing, horrible place to stay. I booked through booking.com and was never told you had to be 21, so I couldn’t even stay because I’m 20. Now they won’t give me a refund for a night I never got.

The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast each morning. The facilities were very clean. The hotel is well cared for.

The room was much more spacious than I had expected. The breakfast was very good.

The elevator could use a slight upgrade.
