room was fantastic, location more than wonderful, breakfast beyond expectation we really enjoyed our stay for the second time and will definitely come back next time. thank you for all the wonderful hotel staff from the management up to housekeeping.

The hotel is annexed to Alghurair shopping centre, giving it easy access for shopping and dining.

I forgot my praying mat and shaving machine in my room after checking out. The following day I went to the reception and met a lady on duty, I told her that I stayed at the hotel the previous night and inform her that I left my praying mat and shaving machine in my room after I checked out and I was there to reclaim them. After few phone calls, she informed me that they did not find anything in my room after my checkout, which was a surprise to me, as I am 100% sure that I left them at the hotel as they are no longer have them. The hotel is generally ok, but my incident of not being able to get back the stuff I forgot in my room, did put a negative dent on my experience in staying at the hotel.

No Jacuzi and Hot tub Pool ,Common area and Gym was not 247 Breakfast Spread is very cliche. Restaurant staffs was not trained in customer happiness. Same Menu Unusual hurry to close Breakfast by 10.30am Front Office staffs are rude comparing to other 5star properties.

Heel mooi hotel. Het is gelegen naast een mall en er zijn heel veel winkels omheen. Echt een leuke buurt. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Er wordt gecontroleerd of alles naar wens is. Het ontbijt was lekker. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Het is een goed hotel. Ook echt 5 sterren waard. Helaas is dit dan ook wat aan de prijzige kant. Dit was het enige wat tegen viel.
