This lovely B&B is in a convenient location in the old part of Monterosso, easily reached on foot from the train station. The proprietors,MariaPia and Fausto, are very kind and welcoming and all the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a huge suite with comfortable easy chairs, a table, a chaise lounge, a double bed, tables to put our packs and clothing on, a fridge well-stocked with complimentary beers, juices and their own excellent home-made Limoncello. The bathroom was quite luxurious with a large shower and lots of complimentary soaps, shampoo and other supplies. An ample breakfast was served in their lovely garden. Fausto suggested that we hike a trail out of Riomaggiore, which we did, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.

A slice of heaven! Our stay here was nothing short of a fairy tale, wonderful from the very second we arrived and were received by the gracious hosts, to the meticulously prepared breakfast and the immaculately maintained rooms and services. We left better than we came!

Il Giardino Incantato exceeded all of our expectations. The room was perfect, the daily breakfast was excellent, and the hosts were perfectly welcoming and helpful. Among other details, they provided us with homemade Limoncello, beach towels, and a fully stocked mini fridge, all for free. If we go back to Cinque Terre, we'll be staying here again!

Fausto and Mariapia are wonderful hosts. They thi k of and provide everything in both a gracious and warm manner. The room was large as was bath and well equipped with character. The garden was fabulous and peaceful. A quiet respite from the hubbub nearby. Yet close to everything in the old Town..

That we can't stay forever.

Giardino Incantato is more charming than the online pictures reveal. Our family had 2 of their 4 rooms - both were extremely clean, comfortable and lovely. The triple room is especially spacious. The owners were very welcoming and gracious. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is excellent - right in the center of old town, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The garden was so beautiful - a great spot for their yummy breakfast, a glass of wine, or relaxing after hiking. We walked from the train station - not bad even with luggage, but cabs are available.

We loved everything! Our room was very comfortable and the service was consistently wonderful. It felt like every detail was taken care of including the many breakfast options and the lovely garden setting for meals.

Breakfast was amazing- fresh fruits, home baked pastries, omelets cooked to order, fresh juices, coffee/Expresso made to order served and much more in a most beautiful garden at the Bed and breakfast. The rooms are the cutest and most inviting- with daily fresh linen service, fresh fruit, a well stocked mini refrigerator with an array of beverages including house made limoncimo and orangino in the room. Thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants which were recommended and booked by Fausto.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was perfect, with everything we needed and very clean and comfortable. The owners and staff really care about their guests. Amazing breakfast in a beautiful garden! We had to leave early (before breakfast) on our last day so they made us sandwiches to go for our travels!

This is a beautiful B&B in the heart of Monterosso - perfectly located to see the beautiful Cinque Terre. The rooms are lovely and the owners have thought of everything you might need. Fausto and Mariapia were there to see us every morning and were incredibly welcoming. One of the highlights is the lovely tranquil garden where we had a spectacular breakfast every morning. And they even surprised my partner with a birthday cake when they realised it was his birthday from his passport- a very special extra touch.

Everything was amazing

My wife and I spent two nights at Il Giardino and wished we could have stayed more. Our room was immaculately clean, the bed comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. The room came with wonderful amenities and the service provided was perfect. To date this was our favorite hotel room yet in our ten days in Italy. The attention to detail, the breakfasts, staff, all of it was wonderful. If we manage a return to Monterosso this will be our hotel of choice. Highly recommend!

Nothing to complain about. What we didn't like was having to leave. We did not like that we couldn't stay a day or two longer!

Amazing breakfast. Homemade brioche, pastry, yogurt, Pana cotta, preserves, fresh fruit from the orchard on the property...simply beautiful. We were traveling back to USA and needed a covid test and the owners found us a farmacia nearby and made appointments for us! Customer service excellent! 5 stars :) grazie mille!!!

We are absolutely happy with the room, service, breakfast, everything is wonderful in this apartment, especially care from housekeepers. We will definately come again at our next arrival.

Everything was just simply amazing. The best stay we could imagine. Fausto and his family are superb hosts! If you want calm, family stay, come there!! Lemon garden is just a cherry on a cake :)

This lovely place could not have been more perfect. The generous amenities, from the bag of beach towels and the stocked fridge to the lovely pressed sheets just pushed the experience into beyond wonderful. Breakfast was everything you could possibly want and more than you need. The staff and owners were very dear. Go, you will not be disappointed!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay to explore Cinque Terre. The hosts and staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including complimentary homemade Limoncello in the mini bar. The best part was the oasis of a garden - it was pure heaven and so peaceful, just off the main street.

This is the perfect ‘local’ experience. The couple that run the place are so welcoming and helpful, the garden they have is the most idyllic spot for their (very comprehensive & fresh) breakfasts each morning. They make their own limoncino and arancino from the lemon and orange trees in that same garden, with a small bottle of each provided in the complimentary mini bar! Which is topped up regularly so you don’t go thirsty The rooms are also well appointed - authentic, traditional whilst being comfortable and not feeling dated like most B&Bs The location is an easy five mins walk from the old town beach, with every bar and restaurant within the same distance. Really made our Cinque Terre experience a memorable one
