The room is very nice and clean. Same with the washroom.

Much better if the hotel use paper cup for the coffee .

Comfy beds, spacious room

No plates/ cutlery or glasses in room despite supplying microwave. The decor of the whole place very drab. Restaurant poor quality and overpriced. I also had a serious upset stomach after eating there.

It was the worst sleep ever, the beds were awful!! I let the manager know the next morning at check out- she had someone check the bed to find the box spring was completely broken! I was given $75 off my stay. Still had to pay $200. My night should have been a complete refund! It was also too far away from the Center of Banff.

Location was close to bus routes, and walkable to restaurants.

Only 2 towels in bathroom. Limited parking in garage. Had to look for street parking in neighborhoods.

Really friendly staff, great rooms and really nice pizza restaurant in the hotel. Great location, only a 10 minute walk to village of Banff

Nice comfortable beds, good shower and good size room. Good location for exploring Banff.

A very noisy fan in the bathroom which vibrated through the whole room and made it hard to sleep. We were told we couldn't turn it off because it's a safety feature and were advised to 'shut the door' which made no difference! Also noisy fridge and coffee machine but we managed to unplug them. The hotel itself is also pretty basic but we were only staying for one night so could live with it.

The service at the front desk was exceptionally good. In particular, the guy at the reception, Marvin was extremely helpful and pleasant, and a large reason I would recommend anyone stays at the Banff Inn.

Perfect location, short walk to town. Parking was very accessible. Friendly staff, and updated rooms. Fridge was nice to have in the room. Comfortable bed. Request a room on the North side of the building for amazing Mountain View’s. Take a walk to Whitebark Cafe for a morning coffee.

The staff were absolutely amazing, always greeting us and our little girl with a smile on their faces! Lovely spacious rooms, very clean. Added bonus of a fridge in the room which is super useful with an infant.

Not sure if it's seasonal as we went in May, but would have liked the restaurant to have opened earlier for breakfast/lunch (it opened at 5pm)
