The beds were comfortable and staff very nice
I had a cough and congested sinuses as soon as I entered the room and all night until I left then I was fine. The room air was stuffy. The plumbing in the bathroom had little to no water coming out at 6:30am, made gushing plumbing noises a little while later then finally had water. There was nothing in the mini bar which was just on the floor. The listing said bathrobes, and there were none. Overnight parking from 9pm to 7:45am also cost a whopping $24 on top of the room charge. Will not recommend this location any longer, have stayed here a few times and this was the absolute worst. Furniture outdated and musty, curtains didn't close all of the way, and I had promised my mom bathrobes for mother's day. Extremely disappointed. Will stay else where next time I'm in London. I didn't have time to complain as I was only in to sleep overnight in between wedding shopping and medical appointments but still was supposed to be a nice relaxing evening with my mom and it was very much a let down.

Pillows were too soft, shower curtain didn't cover the tub and flooded the floor, not enough coffee pkgs was only enough for 1 cup, would've liked to have known about the Hilton app ahead of time, no vending machines on the floor

Called staff at 7 am to ask a question before I got there. They said they were having an emergency and would call me back 10 minutes later. I had to call back 4 hours later with no call back. Then when I checked in they sent me up to a room with somebody already in it. Will not be using them again.

I liked the fitness room. All of the equipment was functional and I really like the Peloton bike and free weights. The breakfast was good and convenient and it is nice to have a decent restaurant for dinner, especially when arriving late in the day. The rooms are also nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel looks a little run down. There are some obvious maintenance that is not done. The parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel. The location is unfortunately right near a sizable homeless population, which makes safety a concern.

It was clean
I was a bit surprised that it was a bit more outdated than I had hoped. It was suppose to be one of the best hotels in London from reviews. The parking garage also was being held up with big poles which made me very uneasy about parking my car there. It was not a bad stay but probably wonât stay again. I also had to pay for parking which I fee should have been included in the price!

They stole over $1,000 from me.
I called their phone number and was told I would have no problem checking in with a visa debit as I was just refused check in at the last hotel because I do not own credit cards. I arrived and the counter person was a smug rude little person that took pleasure in telling us we would not be given our room because I do not own credit cards. I explained we called their booking line and was told there is no issue with this and they said well call there and book instead. So I did and they stole over $1,000 from me by taking the money for the room over the phone then denying me the room at the front counter again when I went to check in. The counter person even had the nerve to thank me for âtrying to stayâ there. I want my money back and will not stop until I get it. I called the line back and they refused to return my money so I could go find the Staybridge Suites which took my visa debit and were SOOOOO polite and awesome we will never book in London anywhere but Staybridge Suites again.

The hotel was fine, staff were friendly and helpful and the room although dated had a comfortable bed and the room was clean and well equipped .The swimming pool was an added bonus
There was a lot of roadworks outside of the hotel.Sadly London has a big homeless problem and the town itself has an air of decay with many shops closed.

Good parking, room and the pool was lovely.
Parking was a bit annoying. The front desk person didn't say I needed my room key to get out of the parking lot. So had to go back in to get a key to get out of the lot.

The carpet in the room was dirty; the water in the bath was not letting out. However, the staff was helpful and accommodating and provided an alternative room.

Location was good for the curling event.
I called the day of check in to inform hotel I was going to arrive the following morning. I was told no problem. When I showed up there was no record as was told I shouldnât use a 3rd party site to book eventhough they didnât update my info. My room was in question for 3 hours

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Having Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus!
I did not like paying $17 for overnight parking.

There is a Starbucks in the main lobby which opens early. the gym and pool facilities are great.
itâs outdated and could use a good clean overhaul. Parking is not connected to the building. If you are coming and going solo, it is a bit uncomfortable as some homeless individuals seem to take up residence along the street and near where you park.
