It was amazing trip.. very relaxing.. it has all the activities for kids.. my son loved the swimming pool and the water slide.. will go there again..thank you..:)

Everything was great you were pretty much down town there was tons of places to eat or go shopping near by rooms a great size
I didn't like how the water slide was only open from 5-9 and it closes 10 minutes early

Did not get the suite I booked, there was a mixup in the system somehow? so we had to stay in a regular room.

The pool was amazing and my grandkids loved the slide the beds were amazing and we liked how the
Shower and bath where separated and the food was delicious and we loved the robot and it was so fun it was 10/10!

Are reservations we’re messed up. One room instead of two. Blamed you. Gave us a suite and breakfast to make up for the mix up. Staff were very accommodating to us.

Hotel with atrium and swimming pool was quiet enough for a long night of restful sleep. Beds were great. Staff was great including the robot who carried trays for our pregnant waitress.
