They cancelled my room at the counter because I do not own a credit card. They refused my visa debit and a cash deposit and told me to find some other place that will take cash.

Great location. Room was spacious and perfect for our family

I was not impressed with the front desk staff on check-in. I was met with a lot if hostility and it was like I was putting them out. Also, more accessible parking should be considered. My husband is only able to walk sort distances and parking was an issue for us. I made a request of the property at the time of booking that was ignored. Itcwascrectified with a phone call, but I was a little irritated that there was an option to make a request at booking for it to be ignored.

ants in the carpets, by the fridge and bathroom. NO blackout blinds to darken the room. it was so bright all night. bed wasn’t the comfiest. but mostly the brightness and ants.

The first room we had was very smelly, the second room the smell was fine but the bathroom sink wasn't usable. We were told someone would come fix it but they never came. There was no remote for the tv so they had to take it from another room. The bedding was itchy and scratchy and I was up all night scratching. The towels were hard as a rock. This place looks clean but with the thick carpet, there is no way it really is. Also the restaurant was terrible. Nice staff in the restaurant but bad food.

The hotel was well maintained for the most part. It was clean and the bed was ok. I would say it's more of a 3 star than 4 star.

Pillows were not comfortable. Staff at the front checking us in was very rood. Seemed she just had an argument with another guest so she was short with us.

Little outdated beds were not comfortable and a ac kept going on and off all night. Was not able to shut it off or regulate it. Wifi was terrible and the tv was had minimal channels which was hard to maneuver. Plus gave us the wrong room when we got there which took 20 minutes to fix. For the price we paid which was 259 for the first night and 299 for the next night I would have thought we would have been a lot nicer then we got . Plus for the price you would have thought they would have breakfast included in the price we paid a night.

We had not hot water at night. The lights in the kitchenette part were flashing so we had to turn them off. There was a fire truck there when we arrived so we were kinda leery about our stay.

The room was gorgeous, as were the staff.

The pool was a bit cold

Bed was very comfortable. Location was very good.

There was a fouling in the pool. It was cleaned but the pool should have been drained and cleaned properly. Show head needs to be changed.the
