Breakfast was great

Our room was hard to find. Staff didn't tell us were our room was. We were put in the older part of the Motel

The location was perfect for quick shuttle service to the airport . Staff were pleasant. Price was right, and met my needs for one night.

Older hotel facility. Air-conditioning, poor and loud.

Staff were extremely helpful.

Wifi was very poor, room lights were not working. Washroom was very clean but no mirror.No breakfast even though i paid around $300 per night.

Staff, I have mobility issues , walk with cane. No one would help me with my luggage.

Variety for continental breakfast, shuttle service when planned and called for terminal 1 & 3.

I can tell the staff are overworked, they go above and beyond if you are patient, perhaps very minimal staff is the reason they come off rude, but from experience they seemed stressed. I can tolerate most conditions. As for others, who aren’t very accepting of unplanned events, it could go south very quickly.

We stayed for about 7 nights stay was very good. However being with 2 kids and 2 adults room was little crammed up to accommodate 4 beds. Besides that the over all stay was good and comfortable.

The highlight of the stay was breakfast buffet. Buffet with so many choices. Loved the pool too. Staff was very nice and helpful specially front staff Ahmed he went above and beyond.

well where do I start. We came in late from our trip and our flight was a bit delayed so we were a bit tired, the evening staff was agitated for some reason i'm not sure why. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned so we had to do a soft clean and make sure there was no bugs. Morning came and we just couldn't wait to leave the place because it looked kinda sketchy. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. I wasn't expecting a gourmet breakfast but at least have it be warm, after we left the real drama really began. We left a laptop bag that was really expensive behind in the room. We called immediately we noticed the issue.when my partner got on the phone they stated that they would check and get back to us. Well, they didn't check and told us that it could not be found which caused a huge scene. The person on the phone was rude to the point where we had to call the police and make a report. (Toronto police was a great help might i add and we don't live in Ontario so we weren't too sure how to go about it. Needless to say that we had to come there ourselves and go through a whole bunch of bags just to find ours that we where told wasnt there. I was stressed the entire time and had to drive almost two hours and miss our event to come handle it and make sure that our "lost" item was found. I'm sorry but i dont think i will be coming here again.
