Great central location close to Union Station which wsa ideal because we rode in on the Via. We arrived early and hoped to simply drop off our bags while we got the day started. The staff were welcoming and very accomodating finding us a room so we could check in rather than just store our bags at the front desk. Unexpected—great customer service to start our stay.

Ottima posizione, dintorni piacevoli, è un po' nel mezzo quindi tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Vicinissimo al St. Lawrence Market e a vari locali e ristoranti, per cui la sera, quando si torna stanchi da una giornata intera fuori, è piacevole rimanere in zona per mangiare qualcosa. La stanza era molto grande (ci hanno fatto un upgrade all'arrivo!), con saloncino e angolo cottura e camera da letto separata. Erano presenti addirittura lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Grazie all'angolo cottura inoltre abbiamo potuto tranquillamente fare la nostra colazione in camera. Quasi davanti c'è un garage dove lasciare l'auto a buon prezzo paragonato alla media. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tutto è stato perfetto!

エキストラベッドのマットレスが薄すぎて、動くたびにギシギシいってよく眠れなかった。

Très bruyant nous avons du changer de chambre a cause du bruit de la rue. Chambre pas très propre et literie à changer.

It doesn’t get more central with easy parking garages around and the subway and streetcar almost at the doorstep. The staff was extremely friendly. Many of the kitchen accessories have been removed due to Covid but everything I requested (pot, pan, etc) was sent to my room right away. There’s also a full size grocery store less than 1 block away.

It was a bit loud with ambulances as it’s so close to a major hospital.

The check in was easy, the hotel lobby is lovely, the hotel is nice and clean, the room was spotless and sizeable with everything you need.

I am a New Zealander and we have espresso machines in our hotel rooms so the only thing I didn't like was the coffee.
