Very well kept and staff was extremely nice
The Bluetooth as well as the casting feature on my tv did not work and would glitch out, but that’s something small so it rlly didn’t bother me.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is quite good for those wanting their own car, convenient parking.
I didn't like of the service staff towards us. We had a problem with the reservation, they were not very willing to help us.

The drain in the bathtub needs to be cleaned, did not drain while having my shower and stood in ankle deep water, yuk

The "shuttle" to the airport looked like a cargo van and we were left on the wrong terminal.

Staff kind, professional
Smoke if Marijuana on the halls very heavy and strong and the receptionist act as it was Normal...was very bad specially if you are traveling with your young kids, not ND to breathe that going to your room at 9pm

Clean, convenient to the airport.
Was not told the Buffett breakfast was not included until we were half finished. Only had a cup of scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and a few hash browns and was charged $18. my 11 year old son had half of what I had and was charged $12 plus tax and expected tip. Wasn’t impressed by that.

The airport return shuttle never showed and had to pay for my taxi out of pocket , they added a cost on park and fly after I was there on property and paid , also declined my vehicle staying at first

The staff were friendly and very helpful, airport shuttle was seemless. Especially as a first time traveller to Canada and I do not know anyone here. They made my trip worth it
