Pas de manette, pas de téléphone et pas de service pour résoudre ces problèmes. De plus j'ai écrit à l'établissement sans réponse.

La chambre était sale, la porte de salle de bain brisé, le bain douche ne laissait pas l'eau s'écoulé alors nous avions les pied dans l'eau sale qui remontait de la douche. L'air clim/chaude fonctionnait très mal. Le staff ne voulait pas nous donner une autre chambre et semblait très confu sur quoi faire pour nous aider avec tout nos problèmes.

expected a lot worst from all the reviews i've read. the room was a typical hotel room (quite spacious). I was staying on the 7th floor and it had a couch, washroom and a bed. my expectations were not blown away but i wasn't dissapointed. this would be equivalent to a stay at a motel but right in the middle of downtown - great location - pretty good price - just a place to stay

some things i didn't like: - there was a funky smell in the hallway - a/c had to be always on or else the room becomes stuffy - i was told that there was room service to clean my room if i asked but then another worker told me we were not eligble bc we weren't staying long enough (we stayed 3 nights)

The location, the room size anc comfort, easy to get around.

People 4 rooms away on our floor partied until 5:30 AM and they were so loud we couldn't sleep. I told the receptionnist who didn't do anything about it. I though their parking option would be a simple one but it isn't. Doors to access garage were locked. Then street parking in Montreal, well, it has a reputation of its own and the morning receptionnist, once again, didn't help much... he didn't even know what the parking app is in Montreal.

Charge is $35 for a pet. I was advised in the policy that a charge may apply but was not made aware of the rate in our correspondence. This rate is high which is likely why I was not advised. I would have selected a different property.

Great location, easy walking to downtown spots, parking nearby.

We were given a room that was still in use and not cleaned yet. That made for a terrible first impression. Got corrected right away, but heard the same happened to other guests.

The location was good.

The room AC was NOT working. The bathroom exhaust fan was NOT working. As soon as we realized this we informed the hotel reception. Guy came and checked and agreed that none of them were working. He said the hotel is fully booked and he cannot move us to other room. But the worst part was that he started”blaming” us that we didn’t inform that asap we took the room. The guy was very unpleasant, rude and non-cooperative to talk with. We slept whole night without the AC and had to keep our main room door open every time someone went to take bath due to non-working exhaust fan. This had been such a pathetic experience with the hotel. The manager was also non-cooperative to refund us for the discomfort we faced in the night! Would suggest you all to immediately check the electronic items as soon as you get the room otherwise the staff will blame you for not telling them immediately!

The available parking situation with no availability to park onsite. The fact that it's not mentioned on the website that parking is either $33.00 per night onsite when available or a block away at $15.00 per night. The severe language barrier at the customer service desk which was inexistant thereafter. The onsite restaurant which is closed for renovations with no apparent renovations whatsoever ( also not mentioned on the website). There were basically no toiletries or towels etc in our bathroom. We booked for 3 people. The air vents were dirty as well. Very disappointed, won't be returning or recommending this hotel.

The only good thing is the staff and the location. The property is extremely dirty.

The room was very small, dark, old, and shabby. also, the furniture was old and falling apart it's from decades ago. Although I selected flexible to reschedule during booking and paid extra fee for it, they charged me $150 just to change the reservation date for the same room !?

The location of this Hotel is quite OK if you are a tourist and are looking for close vicinity of Downtown and Old Town amenities.

Although for me the policy to make up the room every 3 days was fine. You would expect in that case that room is well cleaned and in particular the bathroom. This wasn't the case at all, I found that the sink wasn't cleaned the shower booth hadn't been done and the floor wasn't mopped either. This to me is not really acceptable.

It took three rooms before one was acceptable. The smell was horrific in the first two rooms. The third was ok as it had newer flooring not carpet! The staff were all great. They need to update the photos especially the bathroom as not at all like the photos.

The filth in the room. Went out and bout cleaner and cloths and wiped everything down.
