Fantastic location, so close to everything.

We had an inside room facing the inner courtyard without any windows that open. The air conditioning unit didn't seem to be working, only acting as a fan, though we told the front desk. The temperature in the room was about 25-28 degrees even at night, so very hard to sleep. If staying there, ask for an outer room with windows that open.

Superb location, room has everything what you need. Breakfast was ok, served by very pleasant waitress.

The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and points of interest.

The room was a great size, and the location was absolutely perfect! Really, I can't overstate how close this was to everything in Old Quebec.

There was a restaurant in the hotel that wasn't open, but we can't really blame them for that, right? Maybe it's open during a different time of year.

This hotel was situated right in the centre of town with easy access to all restaurants and tourist sites.The staff were lovely, they kept our bags before and after check in/out. The rooms were nice and bathrooms clean.

The only downside is parking is a bit of a walk away but this is very minor and no kettle was provided.

The hotels location was perfect. The room was comfortable and clean. Paid parking garage very close. Ease of check in.

the hotel was in a perfect location; it was right in the centre of everything I wanted to see so I could retreat back to the hotel and out of the weather when I needed too. Due to the weather the road out the front was closed, however it’s a short walk from the closest open street.

My room didn’t have access to outside windows, only overlooked a courtyard, it meant my room was dark, even during the middle of the day. Also, the light from this kept my room lit up over night (right at the top of the curtains, and with the high ceilings, there was no way to fix). Small issues considering all the pros!

Close to tourist sites’ and eateries. Spacious room. Clean and Comfy bed. Clean loo. Cordial front desk staff.

No Wifi connection during the last night of my stay. Room carpet could be slightly better cleaned.

The room was badly cleaned a lot of dust and a lot of mold. we had difficulty breathing, the air is suffocating due to the mold in addition to not having a window.

Beds a touch firm for our taste. No in house breakfast (but we got a 15% savings at a restaurant around the corner). Restaurant offerings limited and expensive (though to be fair, all area restaurants are expensive).
