Great location in the centre of downtown Vancouver. Pretty good value too in a rather expensive area. It was nice having the secure parking as well. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

The rooms are basic, but you get what you pay for. Out only gripe was the tv is old and small, plus the picture quality was rather poor. Not an issue if you're out exploring, but if you are needing to kill some time and want to relax, it's a bit annoying. Quite bad ventilation in the bathroom as well.

Exactly as advertised, perfect for a day or weekend trip stay in downtown Vancouver, excellent location

Matrasses can be upgraded, it was a bit lumpy but again it did match the pricing

Staff were amazing.

Air-con was not working properly. We couldn't get it to blow cold air, and we were unable to adjust it. Very tight living space, and you could hear everything going on outside even with windows closed.

Very clean, old building but presents well

Bed felt like the mattress was leaning to the one side as if the right side had been used a hundred times more than the left so kept feeling like I was sliding to one side. Elevators are small and very slow but only 4 floors so does not take too long. Otherwise very good and clean room

Perfect location in the middle of it all.

The hotel smelled really bad of sewer. We were on the 4th floor and our friends were on the 3rd floor. Both floors smelt so bad we had to leave for awhile. the hotel manager was less than helpful. Apparently a fridge broke down and that was the smell. my friend opened her wi sow for fresh air and he said that’s probably why, she should just close her window. I mentioned that my window was closed and it’s worse than hers. He just shrugged. Ceiling tiles missing, water stains, old q-tips on the floor. Online photos are very misleading. However the front desk staff that checks us in we’re lovely.

The location was perfect, in the middle of Vancouver downtown. Its nice to walk around and enjoy. Staff where nice and respectful. The room was OK for an old building but don't expect a modern hotel.

Th parking is not in the same building, you have to cross the street, use a barcode to enter to an elevator, use your card to open the gate and reach to your car. The main parking doesn't look safe to me, however there is a gate separating the zone from the whole parking. You will be charged $23 /night for parking. Heating was forced air from top which is not my favorite.

No coffee or tea facilities We could hear everything happening and being dropped on the floor above us, it was quite loud Bed sagged in the middle slightly and sheets were very average

I had a lovely clean spacious room. it felt like a nice bedroom.
