The staff wasn't very friendly when I had trouble with my credit card

The breakfast options were quite limited.

The lobby looks really good and the flooring of the room is great (no carpet)

The room is supposed to have 1 king bed + sofa bed, and I booked specifying I was going with 2 children, so a group of 4; when I asked about the sofa bed preparation (blankets, pillows, etc.) The front desk clerk told me it wasn't a bed, hence no such stuff was ready for it, then he said he was going to send someone to provide me with what was needed. I received the stuff and did my daughter's bed (sofa bed) myself. Also, my booking was for 4 people and the towels in the bed were for 3 only, so I had to ask for the missing one. The next day, the cleaning person went into the room and changed the towels, leaving only 3 again but didn't make the bed or sofa. The washroom didn't have a fan extractor either, so it's not really comfortable. The "included" breakfast wasn't really all included. I was traveling with kids and there was no juice and no fruit (except for some pieces of oranges); to drink milk (not for cereal), you have to pay; to drink juice, you have to pay... it's really an abuse! Plus, there was not much variety on the breakfast choices: eggs, fried potato is small cubes, either bacon or pork sausage, coffee, cereal, bread and small pankakes. There were non-dairy options to take the cereal. I would have to think it twice if I would stay at these hotels again.

The pre-authorization for the hotel was double the price than the actual cost, plus incidentals. Argumentative staff, over booked, not a clean room, couldn't accommodate changes, minimal parking because a huge event was on, others checking were having the same issues as us and the buffet was not great. Will not be going back

I really liked the location and cleanliness of the place

The guy working at the reception desk didn't want to help me not because he was following policy but he was being racist and didn't consider to offer any help at all next thing he was talking about calling the police because I persisted in wanting to talk to someone above him..very disappointed

The walls in the hallway were nice…

The staff at the desk were cold and when asked for information about public transit were told to Google it, the housekeepers didn’t clean the bath-we found multiple hairs and watermarks, our requests weren’t taken into account. One of the breakfast attendants was sitting at a table on her phone…only cared to grab breakfast tickets. Terrible experience overall. Staff not motivated and offer poor guest experience.
