Not my first time here. I love staying here as the staff/service is amazing. They really take care of you and make it very personal. Everything is excellent!

¡Ubicación excelente! Muy cerca de Robson street una calle llena de vida, restaurants y tiendas. Muy cerca de lo que llamaré malecón y en general un punto muy accesible. El desayuno excelente también en el restaurante Tableu! delicioso cafe y todos sus alimentos.

Para mí estuvo genial! quizá lo único que me deja duda es porque no tienen un rooftop seria espectacular!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a hotel, if not the best!!! Gorgeous hotel, staff so attentive, friendly, helpful and efficient. Beds and pillows soooo comfortable!! I went to celebrate my birthday, and I had a surprise on arrival, and every day there was a new detail. Excellent location. Bikes are included, went to Stanley park for sunset and it was magical. Would definitely go back. And the restaurant downstairs is delicious, also great staff. I had breakfast there every day, and dinner twice.
