The place was clean and had good amenities with great parking.

The after hour checkin was manned by a very rude security guard who was utterly disrespectful. He was rude while answering questions and didn't want to be helpful at all.

It was stresfull to check-in since nobody was at the lobby, it was even locked and we got there at 16H00. a construction worker who was lovely happened to help us by opening the lobby door and we managed to talk to the owner by phone 30 minutes later. Very stressful

the check-in was very stressfull. nobody was at the lobby. we arrived within the opening hours but for soe reasons it was closed. it took 30 minutes to reach somebody. Luckily, a construction worker who was randomly on the site, gave us the number to cal. They were not expecting us.

It was spacious for our group of 7. The beds and blankets were great. Lots of cutlery and enough cups and plates for everyone.

Multi levels and it was not mentioned on the website. Not easy when we had an elderly with us.

Spacious room, close distance to the village

When we arrived at the check-in place we were told the suite was not available anymore due to some recent damage. Without any notice our family had to separate into 2 smaller rooms on different floors. This is the only option offered to us or they told us we can cancel and book anywhere else. This arrangement created huge inconvenience to our family reunion trip. Not impressed by the customer service and will not book this again in the future.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse which was very spacious and would be comfortable for 6-8 people easily. The finishes and decor are quite dated, but had that 90s ski vibe. Good space, nice location, bus stop directly in front for free shuttle rides throughout the village.

This property management company really needs a better check in process. Check in is after 4:00 but their office closes at 5:00 and keys must be picked up at their office. I don’t believe they’re even open on weekends. We had to call a dispatch service who contacted general security for Whistler village and were told, “make sure you’re at the office since the security guards don’t like waiting”. I’m sorry, what?!? What kind of customer service is this? I would highly recommend lock boxes or keypad check in processes like the majority of other Whistler properties.

Highly recommend! We had no issues during our stay. The unit is spacious and secure. Great place for a group.

The location is wrong on Booking.com, it's not as close to the ski run as it looks on the map so you will have to take the shuttle to the mountain, but it's a free shuttle that comes every ten minutes during the morning and afternoon 👍
