Exceptional service from person at check-in desk. Friendly, courteous, informative.

The property had some beautiful features, initial presentation was very nice and smelled clean.
The room was a little beat up. Rust on the door frame in the bathroom, mismatched paint splots, the tv was lopsided. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work too well some of the time.
Staff was a little… unfriendly and didn’t keep up with the breakfast.
Breakfast was disappointing. I get it’s free but nothing was stocked properly, nothing tasted that good except the cereal.

There was resurfacing work so parking was limited.

the location was amazing, not a far drive to downtown Savannah etc.
the bathroom was not the cleanest. the pictures did not match what was shown in real life. the front desk Male was very rude, unfortunately I did not get his name but he was very rude and unprofessional.

it was clean staff friendly great location and friendly staff.
Heat didn’t work but it was still a great trip and the temperature wasn’t unbearable so I still enjoyed my stay. Was offered another room but didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing up and moving.

The room was spacious, and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and very attentive.
1) My husband was stuck on the elevator for about 30 minutes or more. A staff member and I believe he was a guess where able to use a tool to open the door.
2) I guess when the bathroom was updated the tub was not finished, it had no caulking around the rim of the tub.
3) The sink either has stains or is poorly cleaned underneath the rim

The breakfast was alright. Eggs were good. Sausage both days. Usually there is more variety, but it was ok. Cereal was a bit stale tasting.
Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and I felt comfortable in my room. People were running up and down the hallway in the evening being very loud, and a few rooms were loud as well. So, while the room was wonderful, I kind of wished we were not next to loud families.

The front desk was rude crrude, disrectful and flat out didn't care. I was told after not being able to turn the air or heat on to basically leave them alone and they could not help me. They were reported to the booking agency and choice hitels

Breakfast was bad only white bread available. Bed was to hard and pillows were big and hard. Shower head was old and needed changed.
