Kitchen was very well equipped, it had the extra blanket and pillow ready for sofa bed (i often have to call front desk at other hotels). Staff was very friendly! Very spacious as well.

Our whole experience from beginning to end was chaotic. When we arrived to check , construction debris and dust was all around. No pool as facilities were under construction when no notice was given. The breakfast area was closed, having to take all our food up the stairs as the elevator wasn’t working. Early morning when asleep the fire alarm was set off in our room causing panic. Too loud and distressing. Our vehicle was stolen the first night we were there, we asked to meet with the general manager, the manager told us he was busy with construction he will make time time to meet up with us which never happened. A month has passed and after sending emails, we still have not heard from them. We also discovered that they don’t have any cameras or cctv around their premises even with 2 hotels beside each other which are owned by the same group, which I find very suspicious. No security either. Very disappointed I would not recommend staying here at all.

Old, Worn out and torn furniture ... Uncomfortable beds ... Mosquitos and cockroaches in the room . Sat on the sofa in the living area and skin started itching . Cob webs on the walls ! Typical smell of a property that has been unoccupied and closed for a long time .

the sofabed mattress is so old and uncomfortable you can feel the springs all night! The queen bed was not very comfortable, not even an extra toilet paper roll in the bathroom! there were not enough towels either

We booked a queen suite to make use of the sofa bed for my dad. The only slight thing was the bathroom was accesible through the bedroom only which was a bit awkward. More of a heads up for other families than a dislike.

The side entrance for stair access didnt work with key card.

I stayed at the Residence in from Feb 13-17, 2023. The front desk staff were not helpful or friendly. The room felt dirty. The carpet and sofa were not clean and I did not even sit on the sofa. The room had a kitchenette which I only used to wash my water cup. The room had a roach infestation. As soon I turned off the kitchenette lights, the roaches came crawling out onto the counters. During my 4 night stay I killed at least 3-4 roaches (the ones I could catch). One night when getting out of bed to use the washroom, a roach crawled under my foot! absolutely disgusting!! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. They also do not clean the rooms unless you request it! I learned this the hard way. After my request to have my room cleaned, they only cleaned once throughout my entire stay. I would not stay at another Residence Inn after this experience.
