A lot of noise between floors

Price is the most reasonable for accomodations Waterton. Clean and comfortable.

No ac but it clearly states that online so it wasn't a surprise.

Located in the heart of Waterton. was a clean property.

TV only had 2-3 channels. Wifi didn’t connect for more than a minute. rooms are not air conditioned.

Room is very pleasant, best location for the sight seeing. Very near to the shopping and eatery places. Dedicated car parking. WiFi connectivity is good even though there is no mobile connectivity.

I have booked the stay for 2 night but I stayed for one night. When I spoke to Receptionist she confirmed that the card will be charged for one night however card has been charged for two nights and the bill has not been settled yet.

I love the location and the room has a nice washroom and kitchen. Overall, it was worth it.

The front desk in the afternoon feels bothered when you check in, not very welcoming. Good thing the drive was beautiful in fall and the room was nice, kitchen cutleries were not as clean and organized just make sure you rewash it before using it.

Close to shopping and all amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was a little dated but cozy at any rate.

I /we liked how hard the community worked and how passionate the locals are in rebuilding. The fires were so devastating. It's been 5years we hope the very best recovery for waterton park.

How I was told by booking .com that my rate was 107. a day 107. weekend days. Sure they added up the correct amount. Booking.com gave me the impression it was cheaper. When we were checking in the person working the desk was in the process of giving away our room, right in front of us. The number of our room should have been told to me when I booked. Only if I/we were hours late should they ever consider giving it away. No choices on programs on the TV.

Perfect location - close to mountains and centre of the town. 10/10

No complaints - everything was perfect.

Great location with plenty of parking on and off site. Lovely room and although we received many notifications about the lack of air conditioning the room was very comfortable. The window opened and there was a fan in the room.

The TV service was being upgraded while we were there and there were only three channels available. Not an issue except a news channel would have been useful.

very warn but it has been a difficult 5 years for Watertown with the forest fire and Covid so lack of renovation is understandable.

The room was lovely. The location good. The bed very good. Bathroom bit of a tight squeeze, the sink had to be outside. There was tea and coffee, microwave and lovely white towels. The view was good.

No stir sticks or spoons for the tea/coffee. No plates for use in the microwave. If you bought any food there was absolutely nothing to eat it with, or plate to put it on...therefore our bought food ended up in the garbage. No news channel on TV, just 3 channels with very old shows. No clock or telephone in the room.

Excellent location within the town. We had a cottage room, which comes with a bit more privacy and basic kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), and plenty of room for two.

Bathroom was a bit small, but adequate (nicely renovated though!).

Location was in the main town , easy access .

No arrangements of Fan if you plan to travel when the temperature is around 33C , small fans available doesn't cover the whole room , No room phone service available you have to call from your cell to reception for all required items . I would say less value its worth 100$ to 150$ per day in Summer season

Floor and carpet was crap and was making sound when you are walking on it. Not at all sound proof can hear sounds and people talking all thru the night.
